This was the first time I’ve ever had to wait 40 minutes for a pizza. The female staff member was the only one who was polite; despite how busy it was, the rest of the staff showed a truly unprofessional and unkind attitude. On top of that, the so-called manager took my chair without saying a word. I have no intention of coming back.

Visited with my wife for dinner, and we were genuinely impressed. The staff were friendly and attentive, with a special shoutout to our fantastic host, Alejandro. After a recent less-than-great experiences at another Pizza Express location, the Baker Street branch completely won us over. The ambiance was inviting, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. We’ll absolutely be returning and will highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

I had an amazing dining experience at the Pizza Express on Baker Street yesterday! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and the warm, inviting atmosphere really set the tone for the meal. We were seated at table 17, and the service was outstanding. We started with the dough balls. For the mains, we ordered the Four Seasons pizza and the BBQ Burnt Ends pizza. Both were delicious. Now, check out this picture I snappedβ€”this is a 1/4 of the 1/4 slice of the Four Seasons pizza! Even in that small slice, it was so packed with fresh, delicious toppings. My stomach and my heart was full by the end of the meal. A huge thank you to the team for providing such a fantastic experience.

We came in to hide from the rain. Hungry and soaked in rain we enjoy the atmosphere and the energy of the staff here. This couldn't be more perfect location to nestled up for lunch and get some work done. Coming in from New York the pizza was very tasty and thin crust

My second stop for the Pizza Express Challenge was the Baker Street branch. This is one of my favourite restaurants. The exterior is quite grand and the inside layout is beautiful with a central floral column where you can sit in the round. The Pride flag hangs proudly by the entrance, situated just opposite Baker Street Station. Atmosphere: 19/20 The layout of the restaurant is well-designed and very appealing; the downstairs area is also atmospheric. Quality of food: 16/20 This was a fine Pollo Pesto with no mushrooms with a rather generous helping of chicken. Sadly, the branch had run out of chocolate sauce for the Coppo Gelato dessert so I had two vanilla scoops with caramel sauce. Staff friendliness and efficiency: 17/20 The staff were very welcoming and it was great to see them engaging with customers and making them feel welcome. My waiter checked in to see whether everything was OK with my food. The main disappointment was that the amazing manager, Alessandro Lirio was not there. Cleanliness: 18/20 The restaurant appeared to be very clean and tidy with everything in order. Overall enjoyment: 18/20 Hard to beat Final Score: 88/100 (A) Excellent Next stop: Balham

After visiting Madame Tussaud’s, I found this pizza express right opposite the tube station on the Baker Street. Ordered Le Reine (Ham, olives and mozzarella) classic pizza and a Velecia veg pizza along with jalapeΓ±o dough balls. The pizzas were perfectly cooked (I’ve asked the chef to customise my veg pizza - extra hot!) and tasted heavenly! The pizzas were really well done and you can see each of them were made from scratch afresh! The service was excellent and so is the ambiance. I’ll surely visit next time if I can.

Great service but the food took around 20-25 minutes to come. However it did all come at once! Tatted waiter was so lovely, as well as the blonde waitress ! Nice atmosphere too, very grown up I’d say.

Always been a big Pizza Express fan, and now they are in my top 3 favorite vegan restaurants. Baker St in particular is just such a nice atmosphere, makes my Thursday night every week.
