   Regular visitors to Pizza Express in various locations. We’ve visited this restaurant a couple of times recently too. However this visit left us very disappointed ☹️ We had booked a table, which given it is December, was the only way to get a table inside. Arrived slightly early but the table was available, so far so good. Drinks order taken very quickly, before we were even ready. Drinks brought equally quick and our server said they would return soon to take our food order. After ten minutes wait we grabbed another server as they passed, who reluctantly took our order or Dough Balls for starters and Pizza for main. After a 35 minute wait for any food I asked a server what the delay was. They went away to find out. After a further 5 minutes the order of Dough Balls arrived with a brusque apology for the wait. The food was cold too!! We were far too hungry to send it back. I grabbed the Manager as he was clearing a table nearby to express my disappointment further. Explaining the length of wait, the fact that a table of 12 who had arrived 15 minutes after us had been served before I even complained and that the starter was cold. Without sincere apology he tried to explain that the “ticket machine” for the orders had stopped working and he had just fixed it! Whilst this is a suitable explanation and these things happen, I would have been much more accepting if someone had come to our table, explaining and apologising with a suitable explanation as to how they would make amends. Hence I wrote this disappointing review. I look forward to hearing from Pizza Express to make amends. Ps no photos as we were far too hungry bh the time food arrived!

   Stopped by on a busy Friday night and waited for about 3 minites before getting seated, but the team handled the rush really well. Service was friendly, professional, and very organised. The space feels cozy, the food was great, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. Clean washrooms and a clean establishment in general - solid experience.

   Stopped in for a casual bite. The veggie pizza was pretty decent, I'd give it a solid 7/10. Nice flavors, good thin crust. Unfortunately, the calamari was a bit overcooked and came out on the burnt side, which was disappointing. Service was fine and the atmosphere was relaxed. Overall, not bad for a quick meal, but there's room for improvement.

   Had a fantastic experience at this PizzaExpress in St Christopher’s Place! The location is perfect tucked away in a charming little courtyard just off Oxford Street, making it a great escape from the busy shopping crowds. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. We ordered the classic Margherita and the American Hot both were cooked to perfection with a lovely thin crust and fresh ingredients. The dough balls were also a must-have starter! The restaurant itself was clean and cozy with a nice relaxed vibe, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. Highly recommend if you’re in central London and craving a good pizza in a lovely spot!

   Food is good. Our issue was the poor customer service and staff not making customers aware of deals on the app and restrictions within the app. We used the app which had free dough balls and a deal to have a pizza and a starter. It wasn’t clear on the app that we could only choose dough balls as the starter but the waitress allowed us to choose other starters and after checking that these deals would work we ordered and enjoyed our meal. The bill then arrived and was a lot more than we were expecting. Our deals were not on the bill so we were left confused. The young waitress did not have any knowledge on the matter and did not inform us that the deals were meant to be processed on the app and not through them. We were then confronted by the manager who had no customer service skills, was extremely rude, kept repeating that we should have read terms and conditions and not taking any acceptance that we should have been notified that it was all done through the app. If we had been told my our waitress it was all done through the app we would’ve looked at the app more but we trusted that they would’ve told us that the deal wouldn’t work. It wasn’t properly resolved and although the manager did kindly give us 10% off the bill, we were not given any apologies and had a lecture of terms and conditions off the manager. He refused to take the constructive criticism of making staff more aware of current deals and telling customers that it is all done by the app, instead he was very patronising and rude. Although the food was lovely and credit to the chef! Pizza express definitely need to teach their staff and especially managers basic customer skills.

   It was very busy here 2.30pm it is situated in the centre of London! But only waited a few minutes for a table. Waitress was polite and helped us choose, (we tried different dishes today). I like that tap water is always an option and is served in a decanter to your table. Food was delicious, I think the meal can be quite expensive, if you order lasagne/cannelloni you don't get any sides unless you pay for each dish separately.

   Pizza Express is always a great place to get a really good pizza or a tasty pasta dish. This is a full service restaurant that delivers authentic Italian cuisine. I recommend the deserts, particularly the billionaire's desert. Really a phenomenal desert. We always make it a must to drop in to Pizza Express when we are in London. Hope you will too!

   Booked a table online when we arrived something had gone wrong, Alex took good care of us although very busy we just waited a few minutes before a table became available. The staff made us feel very welcome , our grandchildren had a great time. Alex and his team were brilliant he is running a very happy team. Thank you.

   Booked table for 9 for a late lunch. Terrific staff. Excellent manager. Table ready on time. Dedicated waiting staff who were always friendly and helpful. Delicious food. Wide choice from menu. Very reasonable prices. Stayed 2.5 hours. Ideal venue for our gathering.
