Absolutely appalling service, pizza took over an hour to come and “manager” on phone was extremely rude. Kept saying it would be a couple of minutes but then said a couple is 10/15 minutes apparently. I am extremely disappointed and would like a call with an actual manager and relevant department. He also didn’t give me his name upon request
Dominos Leeds 8 Nov 2025 I would like to thank Adrian, at domino’s for doing excellent delivery to my boy Ishaan Leeds LS17. Adrian was very attentive to detail very smart and very customer focused when I ordered from Dominos, which I used to do many times he was polite efficient and certainly kind to my request and made my order extremely extremely wonderful. Adrian, thank you for taking the time to listen to appreciate and to make the delivery for my boy Ishaan today and I really appreciate that. The quality of the food the service the delivery was excellent today. I highly recommend your service and particularly as a non-exec director within the NHS formally and an independent chair with the access usability group, founder of Health Watch Leeds and a member formally of the care quality commission which works with people I appreciate excellent care and attention. J
Do not use this dominos chain!! Tried ordering through the app and website but after having constant troubles with them both not working we went into the store. Was basically told to go away and come back in 30/40 minutes as they are too busy. Very rude to us, barely even looked at us whilst speaking and refused to take our order in store. I asked to speak to the manager which he replied he is the manager. Just wanted a pizza :( so went next door to pizza express which was actually really good!
Ordered a large takeaway for guests and was so disappointed with the quality of pizzas received - they had at least 40 percent of cheese missing from the top of them and the bbq raunch sauce was so thin it was basically non existent! When I phoned to complain Dominoes said that the staff had all received training to make pizzas with less cheese and sauce (apparently they were using too much). I explained that this was not pizza standard by any means and if they were gonna change their pizzas they should warn customers. They should not charge the same amount for less and then expect us to double the cheese and sauce (without prior knowledge especially) for a previous standard. So basically they have cut ingredients and are still charging the same or higher prices. Shane on them… will not be ordering again. Ps the manager phoned later to try and fix the problem but so done with this place.
The service at this store was absolutely appalling. When I got home with my pizza, I found a long hair in it. They didn't apologize and told me to drive back so they could check the CCTV. When I asked them to send a driver to collect the pizza and provide a replacement, the staff member got rude, refused, and also wouldn't share his name. To make matters worse, the overall attitude of the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, making me feel like my complaint was an inconvenience to them. The store's complete lack of customer care and hygiene standards is unacceptable. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Ordered pizza yesterday with potatoe wedges and a drink. Pizza arrives with hardly any toppings on, mainly cheese and large crust (maybe the standard dominoes approach now) and no drink. They then make me another pizza and deliver it with drink and in the meantime my potato wedges have gone cold. There was no grasp as to how to deal with a complaint and under performance. The least they could have done is redone the whole order.
I ordered some cheese doughballs from this branch over a week ago and they sent me spicy sausage ones instead, which I didn't realise until I had bitten into one. I'm vegetarian, but I don't like to kick up a massive fuss as mistakes happen. When speaking to someone on the phone about it, they denied that I had ordered anything that was vegetarian (specifically indicates they're veggie on the website) So after this I decided to make an official complain to the franchise instead and they offered me a replacement meal. I called up to redeem this offer and as soon as I mentioned why I was calling, the woman on the phone claimed they were too busy to take any orders. They did, however, say they're taking online orders. I'm not sure what difference this really makes.
This used to be a good place to order from. Today it took 1 hour to get pizza and it was cold when it arrived.
Undercooked pizza. Rude service on collection - Paid on the app, tried to get me to pay again on collection by implying I hadn't paid, then acted as if I was trying to collect someone else's pizza, but I 'looked decent' so they gave me it?! No wonder this one has to have more expensive prices than the others - to make up for the loss of sales from having onetime only customers. Will never return.
Absolute joke. Driver ignored instructions and drove onto the wrong street, called up for directions, which I gave to him. Driver then began yelling at me, because he didn't see the steps he needed to walk up. Driver hung up and drove off. Had to call the store to tell them, costing me a fair bit. Guy on the other end says the driver hasn't driven off, and if I don't want it he will refund me. I tell him yes, and complain that its not good enough when I've just been yelled at and had to pay to complain. He says I've sworn at him, and I tell him I haven't, and the call is recorded so he can see that. He hangs up on me. I go outside to see if the driver is really still there, as claimed. No, he isn't, but he drives back. He gets in a call with the man I spoke to on the phone, and the two refuse to acknowledge driver instructions, for the second time. Hands over food smeared in what honesty looks like bloody snot. Still waiting on that refund, hopefully they'll be brave enough to link to the recorded call, just to really cement how pathetic they both were.
