   I ordered a pizza yesterday and what I received was an absolute disgrace. The pizza looked like it had travelled through the entire universe before it arrived – completely smashed, stuck to the lid, squashed and cold. It seems like it was delivered without a proper food delivery bag, because it was totally cold and soggy. There is no excuse for this. This wasn’t a food delivery, it was a disaster. Definitely do not recommend.

   Please don’t ever go to this shop if you are a vegetarian person otherwise you don’t even realise and you become a non vegetarian person. It happened with me second time last time i let it gone but this time i can’t. staff was rude on phone.

   !!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! Ordered 2 pizzas from here and the bases were both mouldy!!!!! Called the company and they tried to say this was markings off the pizza pan!!! GREEN MOULD OFF A PIZZA PAN?? They were rude on the phone saying they cannot give us a refund yet because it was ordered online and we have to call THEM back tomorrow to get a refund. After they already said they have cancelled the order their end and said we should have received a email to state that. TWICE THEY TOLD US THAT. WE HAVENT RECIEVED AN EMAIL NOW!! rude staff, poor quality food deserved to be closed down. We’re getting in touch with trading standards! What happened if a child had eaten this! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!

   I ordered on just eat at 18.15 and said upto 45 minutes for delivery, after an hour I tried calling and after 17 times of trying no one ever answerd after an hour n half I went someplace else, soon as I sat down to eat half way through they turn up, I asked if he worked for Casio and he said yes, I explained I orders almost two hours ago, that I couldn't get through and that I've been somewhere else, his reply was actually disgusting, he told me it was very busy and that I'd been someplace else that I should never order from them ever again or even enter their shop, I have requested a refund before he even arrived from just eat, the no answer on the phone, two hour wait and then the rudeness of the driver I didn't need him to say dnt ever order from caspians again or to even enter their shop, I had already made my own mind up on that, for the driver that came to my house you seriously need some customer service skills as not even an apology for being two hours on a 45 minute order! TOTAL DISGRACE!

   Bought a meal deal for only £6 which included a small pizza, drink and fries. I waited a very small amount of time for my food and the guys that served me was very friendly and polite. When I left to eat my food, the box containing my chips was the same size as my small pizza box and was full to capacity with fresh fries!! The portion of fries for the money was fantastic and easily a sharable amount Tasty, cheap, and piping hot, would definitely reccomend

   I ordered from just eat took 65 minutes to get here I ordered large kebab came 6 stip of kebab with lots of dry chip I ordered large but they definitely send large chip last time from here I asked for seprate sauce they didn't even try both got sauce
