   On a level...chick n bites go way back it ain't the same on how it was back in the days but it still has it standards the food ain't bad overall and the pizza deals are valuable cheap but it has alot of cheese on it and the fries come with waay to much salt on them perhaps cutting the salt down will be better but still good food

   NEVER RECEIVED ORDER AND WAS HARASSED ON PHONE!!!! I spoke to the shop and they first said they are late and running 10-15 minutes late. I called them after 15 minutes and they said the delivery guy delivered it and is already on another order. 10-15 minutes to be at my address and he’s already gone back to the shop (3-4 miles) collected the next delivery and gone somewhere else ? Trash customer service and doubt their food would be any good too by the harsh and rude way they speak. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

   I’m not happy wi this place whatsoever get my order wrong, saying he don’t understand wi what I’m saying and tryna say he sent everything, gave me less change, the littlest bit of sauce in the pot and food is disgusting wouldn’t recommend. Very rude!

   I cannot describe how horrified I am to eat food from chick ‘n’ bites and find a worm !! This is disgusting. My mom phoned the shop to let them know about this outrageous hygiene standard and all they had to say was, “this has never happened before , I will give you a full refund”. My mom had to ask for a refund as they couldn’t even offer that.This is completely unacceptable. They was even that inconsiderate that they couldn’t say sorry on their behalf. My friend was sick after we established the worm. THIS IS TRULY REVOLTING ! I will never order from here ever again and I plead that anybody that sees this won’t too. My mom is currently emailing trading standards.

   AVOID THIS PLACE! I ordered 5 strip meal and they gave me 5 wings meal?! And the beans came in such a tiny dip pot! I didn't ask for chilli sauce in my burger, but they added chilli sauce in my burger? Wings weren't even spicy; just bland! Never again.
