   Do NOT order pizza from here. Waited 1hr 30mins after ordering on app on a Tuesday night. Phoned twice and told waiting 4 delivery driver. Second call & bloke asked for us to collect after we had paid for delivery. Asked if it would be cold and he said no he would cook fresh if picked up. Went to collect and it was freezing - had obviously not made any fresh pizza. STAY CLEAR, I will make sure everyone I know does not order from this sham of a place. Dominoes all the way. JUST DONT GO HOWEVER HINGRY YOU ARE.

   Brought us the wrong food so we rang the store straight away and told them. They said someone would come back and bring ours. Another hour went by so we rang again and were told our food was being re-made and would be sent straight out. After 2 hours I rang the store again and said I still hadn't received my food and wanted a refund, the man was very rude and said somebody would need to come and pick the incorrect food up before I would be refunded. I had already waited over an hour for someone to pick the wrong food up. Nobody came to pick it up so we have the wrong food which is now cold and no refund. Never ordering from here again absolute joke.

   This place has gone down hill, just ordered my pizza and tell me why there was a piece of hair in it? Wish I could upload a picture and they even managed to get my order wrong. Rung up the place and this guy told me to call him back in 15 mins with no further explanation but a big sigh. Never again, disgusting

   1 hour has passed and it hasn't arrived, I called them and they told me that in 3 minutes the worst joke arrives ..... I sit and think what it's like to eat a Piţa made an hour ago, it shows bad and taste is awful goodbye papajohns.

   Order had taken over 1:30hr to come, incorrect pizza (completely wrong) missing drinks, the store finally picked up after I called them for over 30 minutes, sent a replacement pizza and the drinks back out which had taken over an hour to arrive. Upon arrival the driver had no drinks so I called the shop who advised they was sending me them back out and again this was over an hour ago and I’m still waiting for the drinks.

   What happened to this place !! We were regulars from it first opening and pizzas were amazing . We stopped ordering after the quality dropped and hadn’t ordered for over a year . Placed an order today (it’s been a year , surely things have changed) the food was exactly the same (if not worse) . Pizzas are so doughy that you end up with what looks like medium due to the thickness of crust , toppings were wrong , hardly any sauce , so dry . Didn’t get any better with sides (chicken was crunchy) jalapeños bites were all coating with nothing inside . No dips , no pizza sauce tubs . Will never order again . Avoid as it doesn’t ever get better .

   Our order took an hour and a half to arrive - when it arrived it was wrong so went to tell the driver before he left. He said he knew it was wrong, but gave it to us anyway without saying anything. We rang the takeaway to get the correct order delivered - this took another hour and a half. I didn't want my pizza by the time it arrives (11:15pm). After complaining they offered a £5 voucher, which I won't use because I don't want to order from there again. Its not the first time we have had issues with this branch.

   This is the third time I've ordered from Papa John's in Rotherham and felt it was time to leave a review. Online ordering is easy via their website. Delivery was amazingly quick! The pizzas and sides were hot and I get the feeling that the delivery was straight from the shop to here, not one of 3 or 4 drops around Rotherham. The pizzas are tasty, well topped and not oily like some other franchises. We had the chicken side orders with the Buffalo dip and were in spicy heaven. The chicken was soft and hot! Well done to the team in the kitchen and the delivery guys at Wellgate! Obviously I'll be ordering again (and again and again)
