Really helpful and personable staff ... the buffet was quickly replenished and my child left happy and full. Pretty good value as well so no complaints from me either. I'd recommend booking as it gets busy
Pizza Hut staff today made my gluten free Christmas! Since the add came out I’ve been dreaming of a Christmas Eve Cranberry Brie and Bacon Pizza. When I got there they don’t do it with the Gluten Free base. To make my Christmas special and lovely member of staff sorted me a create your own GF pizza with Bacon and Brie and gave me a dish of cranberry sauce to complete. Made my Christmas Eve. Couldn’t be happier.
Nice decoration for Christmas, music to match. Service was very quick and the food came piping hot and fresh. Natalie was extremely nice and attentive to my needs, and very polite. Will come again when I'm in the area.
Arrived at the restaurant just as the buffet was starting. (First customers). So naturally no pizzas were cooked yet. However, this was quickly sorted. And pizzas were all lovely and fresh. Even asking if we had a preference. Natalie the sever was very attention, making sure we were okay with everything. Good experience :)
Great service really loverly staff and vibes are good!!! Loverly server we had called Natalie so shout out to her!!! Food was nice really enjoyed it but if I have to be critical I would say maybe more cheese in the bites on the pizza as I did pay extra and also maybe the freedom of having a full fat soft drink rather than having only no added sugar options on the refills as it takes away people’s choices to what they might want.
Came to try the buffet lunch & it was actually alright. There was a decent selection of fresh pizza & the buffet all looked fresh & clean. Service was pretty good, friendly staff & helpful. Only thing we didn't like was the ice cream, had a odd taste & seemed quite gritty compared to what we've had at other places.
New QR code for ordering is ridiculous. Expect you to order yourself, pay for the food and give a tip before you even talk to a waitress. Service is terrible, no one around to talk to and they expect you to serve yourself. Expensive and not great service.
Megan O was friendly & very welcoming. Fast service, salad bar had a great variety, the pizzas were delicious. Warm friendly atmosphere. Megan O is a real credit to the company
Wow !! From standing in the queue , told how long we would have to wait, sitting down and being served was amazing service . Food was replenished all the time, lots of pizza to choose from and perfectly made. The service staff are so well trained (lovely girl at Friday 25/11 lunch with glasses) she worked so hard cleaning tables and was so pleasant . The training for all the young staff is there to see . All continually working . Best service anywhere gif a long time . Well done
The staff or lack of staff were great. What a joke going to Pizza Hut now is like ordering a takeaway from home. You have to order your food online scanning a QR code. Getting rid of staff so you can safe money, what a joke. When you get rid of people you destroy the eating out experience. People create the atmosphere so when you only have a couple of staff on doing everything its ridiculous. We will never be back again, thats a family of 8 that loved going to Pizza Hut and are saying good bye for good.
