   The food here is a genuine delight. Each dish, especially their pizza, is crafted with obvious care, the crust is perfectly blistered, the ingredients taste and the flavors are beautifully balanced. But what truly makes the experience exceptional is the service. The Manager Tich, Virginia and Lina are attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and possess a genuine warmth that makes you feel welcomed and valued. They don't just serve a meal; they create a wonderful, seamless experience from start to finish.

   Absolutely fantastic experience. Our server gave us all the intel on how to get the best deal on our meal and even brought my girlfriend a free slice of cake for her birthday. You can’t get better service in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend.

   I recently visited Pizza Express and had an outstanding experience. The food was delicious, but what truly made the visit exceptional was the service provided by Carlos. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His warm personality and professionalism added a special touch to the dining experience. I highly recommend this location—not only for the great pizza, but also for the excellent customer service. Thank you, Carlos, for making our visit memorable!

   Absolutely shocking customer service from the moment I walked in. I've walked in torna takeaway and went up too a member of staff who ignored me as he was on his phone. I then got looked at told only takeaway in a very rude way!! I then ordered my 2 pizzas for takeaway and asked if it was 25% as per the poster in the window to be told it's only for dinning in which I didn't see on the poster and told him so. He then snatched the menu out of my hand and said it's only for eat in and thank you. As if to say good bye. I was very polite from the moment I spoke to him even though after the way he treated me I could have easily have been rude back. This is totally unacceptable and I've left feeling very angry. I will email into head office as service like this from any business is not on. You would be sacked if you worked for me that's for sure..

   I love coming to this restaurant, it is very child friendly and the Manager Sara is a lovely lady who always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and looked after. My 5yr old daughter loves seeing her when she goes there. Great food, and outstanding service! The best Pizza Express in South London.

   Our daughter enjoyed her 8th birthday party here and we were absolutely delighted with how it went. The Manageress and staff on the day were absolutely brilliant and we cannot recommend this place enough. They worked incredibly hard to ensure that every child and adult had a great time and we all did. Thanks so much!!

   Absolutely love dining here always delicious! The space is open & clean.. staff are fabulous always attentive & friendly. Had many meals here but most recently for our daughters 3rd birthday staff delivered the cake to table with everyone involved in singing happy birthday. Love it here! Couldn’t recommend enough :)

   It may be a chain Pizza / Italian restaurant but this branch rises above the rest. From Sara the manger to the chefs and onto the table staff, everyone seems to be enjoying themselves and it shows in the atmosphere. Nicely laid out with plenty of room (no knocking elbows with other diners) and so very clean. I mentioned this to the manager and she said they have been using the same cleaner for over ten years, well done to them. Great location just over the road from Brockwell Park if you fancy a Pizza Picnic in the Park.
