Waited almost an hour and still no food, store won’t pick up calls and can’t find a driver on uber eats to deliver.

I visited Papa John's today and was quite disappointed by the behaviour of the staff, particularly towards delivery drivers. While I was there, a rider came in to collect an order which appeared to be ready. However, a staff member—who seemed to be of Pakistani origin—refused to hand over the order and spoke to the driver in a very rude and disrespectful manner. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Delivery drivers work hard and deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope the management takes notice and addresses this issue appropriately.

I ordered a pizza yesterday during the World Cup it was delivered two hours late and cold. Do not order from here when there is major sporting events otherwise you will have to wait a very long time. Not recommend.
Consistently get my orders wrong or miss off toppings, and it always takes ages for delivery.
I ordered a pizza and there was hair in it. I called the store and the manager said that they would give me a free pizza next time I ordered and to just call. When I called the manager on shift said that I should have asked for the persons name as there is nothing in the system to show that I was owed the pizza. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from this store again.
