This review is for four hundred rabbits a restaurant that has been around for about 10 years and celebrated its birthday not long ago. I originally thought this restaurant only sold vegan pizza but boy was I wrong they do sell vegan pizza buts not the only thing. They have a decent menu with meat pizzas, garlic bread and more. This restaurant has strong routes in south London having a few locations all situated in south London. This place is know. Most for their 72 hour proved sourdough pizzas. I got the meat feast with added hot honey, it seems that for me anyway in most situations pizzas can be improved and elevated significantly by the addition of hot honey. In my experience hot honey is never spicy but when a pizza has chillis on it already that sweetness just adds an extra layer that just levels it up. It could just be because of my sweet tooth that I’m a massive advocate for hot honey on pizzas but I think most people would agree that it’s just brilliant. Rant aside the pizza was surprisingly very good and made me realise how much I had been missing out on such a good and local spot. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t given it a chance their locations ate West Norwood, Herne Hill, Crystal Palace and Elephant and castle. Give it a shot you might be pleasantly surprised like I was and get the garlic mayo it’s good ! 8/10

Superb meal, wonderful service, chilled atmosphere. My spicy meatballs were amazing and the burrata was out of this world. The sourdough “pillows” complemented the main dish very well, and were fabulous in their own right. Equally delicious was the tiramisu sundae.

What an utter delight to be surrounded by 400 Rabbits today. With nary an ankle-crippling burrow in sight, we were treated instead to a near perfect offering of vegan pizzas. The crusts were sublime - that exquisite mouthfeel balanced of soft leading to a satisfying crunch at the borders. The toppings across the two samples we had were wonderfully complementary - vegan sausage, and a number of tasty plant-based cheeses that really took us into a very happy place. The service was helpful and generous and the prices were surprisingly moderate for the quality on offer. A wonderful offering for vegans in transit.

Really poor service. Was in a bit of a hurry, figured a pizza would be speedy. Restaurant not that busy, but I still had to actually ask for a table after a couple of minutes because staff were staring at phones. It then took them half an hour to serve me my order, by which point I’d run out of time to eat it. Really poor - and not the first time it’s happened in this restaurant. Won’t be bothering again.

Lovely place, staff and pizza. Four stars as it's another place that is only cashless. Really not good for those who don't do 'smart' transactions. Places like this alienate customers with actual cash.

Went on a recommendation, and while the sourdough in the pizzas is very tasty the toppings on our two pizzas were shockingly unbalanced, my partner ordered a goats cheese pizza from the menu with additional anchovies and his pizza had lots of cheese and topping on, whereas I ordered the rhubarb pizza (which was also supposed of have goats cheese, mozzarella and red peppers) and there's was little of anything on it, and a very wide rim with no topping, despite my pizza being about the same price or more. See picture to get an idea how the two pizzas looked. There also was a Tuesday offer advertised, for which one of our meals qualified for (the other one didn't just because my partner wanted to drink alcohol-free beer, which was in itself not great). Despite of having asked about it before ordering, we got the bill stating full price and had to point it out. Attitude of staff seemed very uninterested. Would avoid this chain in future; others have left similar comments about the toppings being overly sparse.

Really delicious pizza, perfectly crispy base and nice and saucy but without being sloppy. The ox cheek with marrow and anchovy butter pizza (collab with Coal Rooms) was outstanding. Good selection of beers too. Prices very reasonable given the high quality. Will definitely be back.

Thanks guys! We enjoyed visiting earlier today. Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Started off with a fresh coffee, really good! Alongside ice cold water followed by both the beef and vegan pizza to share. All homemade from scratch and cooked in thier custom made oven. Easy to get to whether driving, can back around the back streets but if on the train closest station is West Norwood and Tulse Hill not that much further away. Great value for money and a nice mix of people on there too. We arrived around 15:30 and when we left around 16:15 it got a lot busier. They have a great choice of craft beers which will try next time, thank you! Solid A**** LDT x
