Lovely pizzas and service. Had to knock a stars off for atmosphere due to unruly children, noisy and using restaurant like playground with no discipline from parents/guardians until I actually raised my voice to insist the adults control the children, which they did. No awareness at all!
Always getting pizza from pizza express first time one lady she was working there and picking the phone name is Amy. I think she told me like that. She was so rude only I was asking for the help because I didn’t get my orders and I told him I paid already and I don’t have another money to order it again and she was so rude speaking with me and I was feeling so bad. I really want to be Boss manager they can speak with that lady sometimes people they spend less money to buy some food if anything happen like that, they will be hungry all night.
The food is amazing the service was very fast I got my starter meal in around ten minutes of ordering, the staff are nice but they don’t make the atmosphere feel that good, my main meal was pepperoni pizza and for dessert I had the new winter dough balls dish but that I was really disappointed with I ordered it expecting dough balls covered in powdered sugar but they did not have any powdered sugar and the dips (white chocolate and milk chocolate) both tasted out of date and terrible if you dine here DO NOT GET THE NEW WINTER DOUGH BALLS. The normal dough balls with garlic butter are still the best thing at pizza express (my opinion)
walked out of Pizza Express feeling robbed and annoyed. The crust tasted burnt, the so called BBQ flavor was just a sticky, sugary mess spread over a sad square of dough, and the pasta dishes were so bland and sloppy that calling them disappointing feels generous. For the price they charge, I expected at least something edible. Instead I paid what felt like a leg and an arm for food I barely touched. This was my last visit to this place and I will not be back.
Amazing customer service,food was great and did not take long to come out. Chef was incredible. They were extremely friendly. Great place to come and eat it for all the family.
Been at highgate pizza express for dinner, Elsa was my server. She was very nice professional and friendly. Have been served by her multiple times over the years, there is no better server than her in this restaurant!! She is a huge asset to the company, always goes 2 and 3 extra miles for every single customer!! 10 STAR SERVICE PROVIDED BY HER!
We held a birthday pizza making party. Lenka was a fantastic host and guide and the whole crew were amazing. The kids really enjoyed the experience. Thank you
Had a lovely dinner here, the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Elsa, who recommended me a delicious pizza. Will definitely come back here again!
