We visited on a quite busy Sunday afternoon. We were welcomed by a very friendly man. We didn’t have booking but it was not an issue. We were given tap water without even asking which was very nice. The menu has lots of options. More importantly there is a lot of vegetarian options. We ordered calamari to start with, one pizza and one veal escalope with spaghetti on the side- which is quite interesting option. Portions are quite big. Food was very tasty. Dessert was easy to choose as the homemade tiramisu was a must to try. We also had ice cream. Desserts were delicious. Tiramisu the best one we tried among all the Italian restaurants we visited. Pistachio ice cream flavour was incredible. Service was amazing. The man who I believe was a manager was looking after every table with a big smile on his face. The decor of the place stands out too. Every detail was thought through. Very nice experience in the restaurant. We will be back. Grazie mille.
We've booked upon cravings of some good authentic italian meal on Mother's day. Deapite it being a busy night,which was expected, the staff managed the rush perfectly and provided friendly and efficient service. We had tasty arancini and fried camembert. The gorgonzola gnocchi were mouthwatering. Premises had a welcoming atmosphere, and the bathroom was sparkly clean and well maintained. We very much enjoyed and look forward to coming again
This is now my favourite Pizza house in the area. Such a great atmosphere (not too noisy or rushed), lovely staff. Outstanding 16” high quality Pizza - great value too. What’s not to like.
The pizzas were absolutely delicious and so were our starters. Lovely warm atmosphere and the guy that served us was really nice. All in all a highly enjoyable evening at this establishment.
Gorgeous Negroni, pizza was definitely on the nice side. Pasta dish I ordered wasn’t the one that was cooked. No matter. Both mine and my friends pasta dishes were on the bland side. Nice try but Pappagones for me all day long.
The food was amazing but it was Francesco's hospitality that made this one of our best restaurant experience in all of London! (after living here for several years) We don't actually live in the area but we will definitely travel to Finsbury Park again just to enjoy the great atmosphere and delicious pizzas!
One of the best pizzas we have ever had. A lovely establishment too, with a great atmosphere. We were treated to a warm and friendly welcome. Highly recommended
