The second time I had a quick meal before the train at this place & it only gets better! Waitress was really cheerful and friendly and seemed to love her job so much. Food was great both times, so much better than what you would expect in a restaurant located in a train station and just as good as anywhere else. Looking forward to visiting again.

Very friendly and professional greeting. We had stuffed cheese dough, bolognese and doughnut balls with Nutella. Food was delish, very well presented and filling. The service was 5* I would definately recommend. Thankyou.

The pizza I ordered tasted delicious but it cost £18 and when I opened the box, the pizza was literally the size of my hand. £18 for a miniature pizza is not acceptable. I chose the ‘Pinsa’ which is described as “ Our classic dough is pressed into a rectangle and proved for longer. This creates a Romana style base which is fluffier, deeper and ‘cloud like’.” Sounded delightful, and nowhere did it mention that it would be half the size of the classic pizza which I would’ve ordered instead.

Exceeded expectations given this is inside King Cross Station. Quick service for sure, and the food was much better than I dared hope. The Arrabiata pasta was delicious. The strawberry lemonade much less sweet and much more strawberry!

Before boarding a long-journey train, I decided to try Prezzo with my family as it was conveniently located within the train station. We were seated promptly and the waiters accomodated for extra additions who joined us slightly later. Do not visit if you're in too much of a hurry as it does take approximately 15 minutes for the pizzas to be made! That said, we did have time to spare and really enjoyed the food. The total bill was quite expensive, but I guess that's to be expected at any eatery within train stations.

Worst place I've eaten at on my UK trip, by far. I wish I had read the reviews first. I ordered the pumpkin sage ravioli based on the lovely pictures on the menu. What I got was a gross cheap looking plate with 5 ravioli that were microwaved and some mushrooms that must've come from a can. On top of that, water isn't free. So I paid £20 for water and 5 microwaved ravioli. Avoid!
