We came to the Euston Road restaurant yesterday with my 86 year old Grandad, he was in a wheelchair, so I called in and asked if they had a table for 3, and stated we had a wheelchair user, they instantly found us an accessible table and pulled out a ramp so we could push him inside, Vanessa was our server and she couldn't have been any better. She was happy, outgoing and very attentive. The food was second to none, we've always love Prezzo, she even told us about the app. We played Rock, Paper, Scissors and I won 241 desserts. Honestly, this was by far our most incredible visit to Prezzo. Vanessa, you're wonderful and a true credit to the company!

Tom is an amazing host and waiter. Tended to every want we had. He was very professional regarding keeping our laughs down to not disturb others and was very keen on making sure our experience and others was amazing.

The food was delicious! We asked the staff to add cheese on top, and it turned out perfectly. The tomato flavor blended beautifully with the dish. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and we had such a great time overall.

We liked Prezzo Italian Restaurant mostly for the best dessert we've ever had, delicious brownie with toffee syrup and vanilla ice-cream! The pizza was okay, for an Italian restaurant we had higher expectations, but was still delicious. Keep in mind that reservation here is a must, in my opinion, we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated and there is no room inside where to sit and wait calmly.

The food was perfect and delicious as usual. It was quiet on a Saturday night for walk ins. Reasonable prices. We enjoyed our meal very much. We were surprised not to be offered any drinks whilst looking at the menu though.

Visited here on Sat 11th March 2023 for a birthday dinner. We were offered a table seated by the door but when I asked if we could sit elsewhere so we didn't have the draft from the front door, the staff member happily obliged and seated us at the back in the corner. Nice ambience in the restaurant. Good atmosphere. Our waitress Iana attended to us quickly and was patient with us when we needed more time. For starters we had Fried Mozzarella bites and Beef Ragu Arancini balls. Both very nice and tasty. Food was very tasty. I had the chicken and peppers pizza, I couldn't finish it so asked for a take away bag. Drinks - The Strawberry Lemonade was very sweet, not like a light lemonade; but first time for everything. The Citrus Cooler on the other hand was very nice and refreshing. Service was exceptional. Quick and attentive. Our waitress was very patient with us and courteous. Overall a nice experience. Would say its a bit on the pricey side for what it is and the service charge is quite a bit, I think that should be discretionary according to how much you want to tip. Location is very good. Opposite Euston Station across the road from the bus station!

Came here before catching an onward train so a quick service was vital. We were served very quickly but the quality of the food was not compromised. The staff were friendly and attentive. This was at around 5~6pm and even at a busy period we had a great time here. Would definitely recommend

Great location to grab a quick lunch on dinner before hopping on the train home! Good variety of pizzas, pastas and grill options. We made a quick pit stop for a late lunch after visiting a convention in the morning so chose our pizzas and drinks! We were able to use our taste card which gives you buy one get one free on starters and mains we chose to have the tre gusti which was lovely we were also offered chilli oil which we could put on to our liking. Great service from the staff and very friendly, quick and efficient.

If your looking for somewhere with decent food, good service and nice atmosphere very close to Euston station, this is a good choice. They were very busy but still managed to serve well made hot fresh food quickly and efficiently. Reasonable value and quality.

Nice little pizza place close by our hostel. Service wasn’t the best but it was still adequate. We started off with mozzarella garlic bread and it was delicious. We soon got our margherita pizza that was okay. Nothing special. Price for food was good, although almost £4 for a Pepsi is a little much for me. Overall was good.
