   Everyone knows that this is the best chip shop in the area! Owners are lovely and the food is delicious and a very good price. The only bad point is that it is cash only. But I guess that helps to keep the price down. 10/10

   Best Chippy in Rickmansworth/Mill end Old skool style.Cooked fresh and prices are good.Been the same way for 30 years now and this place is a hidden Gem.Deffo go for the curry sauce and cod .

   Yes. What fish and chips used to be like back in the day, before Brexit and electric bikes and 90p mangos. To be fair the chips were rubbish but it was the end of the day and I'm sure they weren't the best, I'd definitely go back for another go. Cod was excellent, prices very fair, service and decor exceptional.

   I habe to give this place 5 stars, as their fish and chips are always on the level. Never too oily or fish of the strange small size! It's run by the same lady and is open only from 12 to 14 and 16 to 19, always fresh. Chips are not made of frozen potatoes. Cash only.

   I love my fish and chips. I've had them from all over the UK. What can I say about Green island fish and chips, the food tastes great, the portion sizes are huge and my personal favourite is their home made curry sauce. None of that fruity chip shop curry sauce. Just pure authenticity and great taste. 100% would recommend.
