   Absolutely rubbish customer services I ordered 2 lots of meat balls and other items and the meat balls came chopped into little pieces on contacting the restaurant they admitted they only had 1 portion and split it and still charged me for both the server said he did not know what to say he did not offer an apology or a refund but instead when I said I was going to leave a bad review he offered my friend a fight and said he know where I live. I also have kids in my house and now feel worried about him turning up

   Best take away pizza period! You can tell from the first bite they use only fresh ingredients and that they put a lot of time and effort into their dough. Very friendly staff. I can't recommend it enough...

   Pronto pizza is disgusting!! This is a chicken wrap??? First of all they come 2 hours late for a chicken wrap, a 10” pizza and chicken strips. Absolutely vile!!!! The customer service is vile the driver was so rude when we said to him your 2 hours late and the state of the food aswell, I can’t even eat this honestly we should of got McDonald’s!!!! We couldn’t even track the order because they slyly using their own driver and we can’t even get a refund. I’m warning everyone don’t waste your time and money with these disgusting people, it says the restaurant is closed also after processed the order???!!! The disrespect is real !! It breaks my heart that they have a cheek scam people like this!!! Please do better they clearly don’t know how to run a business.

   Oven chips / fries ?? Food was not the best and had a funky taste to the pizza and garlic bread. Won't be returning so 1 star from me.

   The pizza at pronto’s is very nice and delivery is always quick. We use to order every other weekend because we loved it. However, our last order we added a £5 Ben and Jerry’s ice cream which they didn’t have in stock. The delivery driver said they will add the money to our account. It never got added even after we asked about it. We’ve not ordered since and probably won’t again. I’d rather get from somewhere that actually give us our money back :/
