“Well called here with the family for a meet up What can one say? But it was a pleasant evening. The food choices was very nice.Everybody seemed to have enjoyed what they had ordered. Price was acceptable for that's type a restaurant staff were very lovely and friendly. Look forward to the next time we are in the area and go back.”

“We will be ordering from here again, best Chicken in Greater Manchester. Ordered via Just Eat and this was amazing, I don’t usually do reviews on fast food places but I couldn’t stop myself with this. Perfectly juicy and seasoned chicken strips which went down a treat - also fantastic value for money. The chips with cheese were particularly nice with a very healthy portion. The onion rings were very crispy and sweet. I really couldn’t find anything to complain about. Beautiful food.”

“Did a quick Google search and this place was about 5 miles from where I was , plenty of places local to where I was, searched for brunch, I wasn't disappointed, everything was superb, the breakfast was excellent, all quality stuff, place is bright and airy, service was second to none, nothing too much trouble, staff are brilliant, just the right level of service, will definitely be looking forward to a second visit when I'm passing this way again, *****”

“Outstanding pub. Situated a twenty minute walk, depending on fitness, from Kearsley train station. Walk is downhill there but obviously uphill back. Easily accessable from Farnworth by bus. Child and dog friendly. Lovely country pub decor, with a main room and little quieter nooks at the front. Bar is small so there will probably be queueing. Said to be one of the top five pubs in Bolton area and I heartily agree. I had a wonderful chilly con carnie and my wife had the cheese and onion pie, she said it was the best homemade cheese and onion pie shes ever had in a pub, amazing chef & staff and we should know because weve been in quite afew. Car park and beer garden at the back. Beautiful setting”
