   We had a lovely meal at this pizza Express. The food was some of the best pizza Express food we've ever had. Our waitress was so helpful throughout our visit too. We will definitely return to this pizza Express. It was very busy for Christmas parties but you wouldn't of noticed that with the service we received.

   Service is ‘to the point’ and the banging of trays in the kitchen did cut the atmosphere a little but the food was outstanding, as were the drinks.

   Absolutely shocking and disappointing to be honest. We are staying in the premier inn next door and my wife went to collect a takeaway order for 3 adults/3 children. We were given a 40min wait time which was absolutely fine and understandable. What wasn’t understandable was why my wife was left waiting for 15mins after the 40mins had passed, with staff purposely avoiding and not making eye contact. We got the £100+ worth of food back to the room, found everything was stone cold and that £10 only gets you 4 chicken nuggets. Pizza wasn’t even cut and ripped most of the topping off whilst trying to tear slices away. Do better.

   Impromptu lunch venue. Service was prompt for the most part and we received food and drinks quite quickly. We were encouraged to check for vouchers before payment and in fact saved just over £30 on a meal for 5 adults. The atmosphere inside is lovely and you barely hear any noise from outside. When getting the bill, it could be quicker if someone checked that you're ready to pay as that was the only delay we had.

   Decent pizza place - they don't do wood fired pizzas, but have an electric oven. The signature pizzas was ok - very thin base, minimal crunchy crust, got very soggy soon after it came to the table. Fun way to slice your pizza with the cover provided. The staff are very friendly & service is good.

   Honestly, a bit disappointed. The service was less than friendly and the food was not to the standard I’ve had at other locations. Pizza was very dry and not worth the money for its size. Same with the garlic bread. The ambience of the restaurant is nice however, with low lighting and interesting decor.

   First time recommended by my husband. In London Euston. Wow I must say fresh baked dough so thinly rolled out with the lovely toppings. Enjoyed every single bite. The ginger ale and pomegranate drink definitely recommend, so refreshing. Cappuccino outstanding. Loved the service professional and polite staff. Must say I would not go back to a normal take out pizza ever again. Well done pizza express and thank you as I am from up North.
