   Great pizza, but absolutely horrible service. We came during lunchtime, and the sign directed us upstairs, where we asked for a table for 3. The waiter was rushed and said to wait, then rudely and impolitely said to step out (to the stairs) of his way because we are interfering with his way. After, called manager, who was even more rude. He said that they don’t have tables and said nothing they can do. We asked if we can sit downstairs (it was completely empty) he said ofc there is no problem with that and then started to shout at us that we didn’t ask for the table downstairs (even though we never specified). After, he shouted at us that we should’ve asked for that. The pizzas got literally thrown onto the table. After, he was extremely upset, considered and surprised that we didn’t want to pay the optional service charge and made a scene out of it. The pizza was nice but not worth the absolutely terrible service!

   Me and my girlfriend came for an afternoon game on a Sunday, course was brilliant and it got very competitive and the game ended in a draw. An employee Lucy was watching the game unfold and saw the draw and when I asked for a sudden death final game she didn’t hesitate in allowing me and my partner to have another hole even though the game ended. Customer service was faultless and thank you to Lucy for adding to our great experience.

   Not good for mini golf experience too busy and courses are small, better off doing a free one around Canary Wharf. Would give this 0 stars if possible

   Place seems very nice and masks had to be worn until you reached your table. Drinks had to be ordered at the tables. We were advised to arrive 15 minutes before our booking but had to wait 45 mins to play. It was fun games to play however not as easy when you have a mask trying to look down.
