Pretty regular customer but what they've sent me tonight is a disgrace. Ordered a garlic sausage pizza and it's gone straight in the bin, wouldn't feed the meat on that to a stray dog.
Food crap! £42 for a takeaway that isn’t worth £20. Chilli sauce is more like tomato sauce. Chips raw. Donna meat in tiny tiny pieces. Pizzas not cooked long enough. If you want a decent takeaway for that price go to pizza italia up the road from here.
Shocking 2 pizzas ordered over hour ago as maybe busy but to get them barely warm will be looking elsewhere
Had lasagna from here last night . It was lovely.asked for extra cheese did not disappointed at all . Will be ordering again . Also if you order on Uber eats they have buy one get one free on certain pizza . Great if you want to treat your family . 2 pizza for 10 pounds
Highly recommend really tasty pizza!
Been regular customer for over 5 years. The pizzas have always been great. But unfortunately, the last few orders and our requests weren't followed, i.e extra sauce, extra cheese, well done chips etc. The pizza's have always been fantastic, tasty, always piping hot and never burnt on the base, but not on the last few orders :( Now the bases are burnt. My pizza was not delivered in a heat insulated bag either and it was hardly warm. I would love to continue giving them my business as their Pizza's have always been great and I'd like to see this business flourish and it is for this reason I haven't been anywhere else for pizza. So I hope they fix these issues and take this feedback onboard. UPDATE: The pizza bases have completely changed. No longer made by hand. Now using premade pizza bases. ***The pizzas today, do not look like they do in the pictures!***
Wanted tuna sweetcorn pizza ,asked for little tuna and said can't do that because there opening a tin so they haveto use the whole tin. Couldn't have. Strange
Really appalling service. Took my order. Never delivered then then they’d obviously left and never answered the phone. I’d be appalled if we did this to customers.
Ordered a pizza and told ready for collection in 20 mins arrived on time and was told it would be ready in 2 mins . Had to wait another further 18 mins . Won't go again
Fantastic food and brilliant service. Booked a large order for our Horbury Town juniors football team presentation party. The food turned up on time and was piping hot and all delicious. We thought we’d ordered too much but the kids are every last bit of it! Can’t thank the guys at Pranzo enough. We’ll definitely be using them again.
