   Update Sep 2023: The chilli chicken ramen was back to not being sweet, which was great. Also the service to be seated was better and I didn't notice the chefs talking. Overall a much better experience. Original: The chilli chicken ramen was sweeter than I remember, which I didn't like, though the ingredients themselves tasted fresh. It took me a while to be seated even though there was no queue. I could hear the personal conversations of the chefs too from where I was seated which I'd rather not have done whilst eating. Paying by QR code worked fine though I'd rather have the option not to give my name and email details to do so.

   Enjoyed a positive experience before our flight, however I ordered the salmon and my children's food came out before, so they had finished theirs by the time I had started mine. It was my first time at Wagamama and I would go again as the food was delicious, also their smoothies were lovely too. Staff were friendly and prompt.

   Family of four at lunchtime All afternoon flights to Europe were slightly delayed so queues for all the restaurants at lunchtime- we queued around 10-15 minutes Once seated service was fast and flawless We ordered drinks immediately: Large power juice - shared this with my husband, delicious I would have ordered the Manchester Airport exclusive juice, it was unavailable due to high demand Food wise we skipped starters and ordered mains: Chicken Ramen Bowl Shi’a Shick Salad bowl Katsu curry Katsu curry hot with non-sticky, boiled rice They easily dealt with the fussy orders along side the standard ones Food arrived fast and was hot, although it comes when it’s ready so the my all arrived at different times with the ramen coming last. Cannot find any fault in the food presentation or flavour

   Last visited April 2023. No complaints, food and service were good (similar standards as other Wagamama). Arrival of food was rather quick, it was a quiet period. I'm not sure what it's like when most tables are occupied. Paying using the barcode did not work so used the card machine instead. Preferred this. Rather not give name and email when paying.

   Had breakfast here before a long flight. Food was OK. Most of staff team were very nice. However Daniel was extremely rude, there is nowhere that says please wait to be seated and he snapped at us and two older gentlemen who also walked in the restaurant... learn some customer service skills Daniel or maybe get a bit more sleep before an early shift. The young lady that ended up serving us was very nice.

   It does look good. But that's all The ramen that I got is bland and has nothing interesting in it. To cover the it's boring flavour, they add chilli to make it spicy. The tea egg, is bland too, I don't think calling it a tea egg is appropriate, it would be an insult to Asian cuisine in general. Hopefully, the service is very good and waiters/waitresses are not to blame for this negative review.

   You know what you're getting with chain restaurants but wagamama offers a good menu with lots of tasty options and loads of veggie choices. A bit more expensive in an airport than the high street, and the atmosphere is lacking a bit, but still the food was tasty and the staff were friendly.

   Quick stop for breakfast before flying. The Japanese style omelette was really very tasty. Very flavoursome with plenty of ingredients. The macchiato was also good. The staff were excellent, friendly, attentive and helpful. Quite and enjoyable, relaxing and calming experience, which was most welcome after the carnage of the woeful checkin and security areas.
