We booked Christmas dinner gathering as a basketball team with coaches and parents at Fayrouz restaurant. The atmosphere was very authentic and cozy felt like home. staff and service was amazing. The FOOD was the best middle eastern ever by all means. This place will be our always go to for any gathering from now on. Thanks to Rami the owner for making this dinner exceptional for everyone.

Chef Rami prepares the most outstanding hummus I have ever tasted in my life. His culinary skill is truly exceptional, and it’s no surprise that he has been recognised and rewarded by ambassadors. Beyond his talent in the kitchen, Chef Rami is generous, kind, and genuinely welcoming — qualities that make the dining experience even more memorable. His passion and hospitality shine through in every dish he serves.

Everything was fantastic!! We had a private family function and everything went smoothly, the food was delicious the atmosphere was amazing and the vibes unmatched. Hajer and the team were amazing and very accommodating, made the process stress free and everything ran smoothly from decor to food timings and music. Family and friends had nothing but praise. I cannot recommend enough, will definetly be having future functions here.

We’ve now had two private family functions at Fayrouz and both were absolutely amazing! The venue itself is beautiful, but what makes it stand out is the incredible team. Hajjir, the event manager, deserves a special mention. She went above and beyond to help us manage the chaos before the events, and was just as helpful afterwards - from putting our décor away to helping with flower cutting and decorating. Her support made the whole process so much smoother. And of course, the food! Rami, the chef, is 10/10. The food is always consistently delicious, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection. Our guests were full of praise and kept saying how fantastic the food was, and even family friends have asked for Fayrouz’s details. I cannot recommend Fayrouz enough - whether for dining in or hosting a private function, they truly deliver on every level!

Food is always amazing, and quick service. Staff are always super friendly. The only negative is that Parking is always tight. Would definitely recommend! It's our favourite restaurant on Sale. We've been twice this week and regularly get takeaway :)

Food is always fabulous and plentiful. We go every month, but very early so there aren't many people to give it much atmosphere. However the classic song playlist is appreciated

I would like to share my amazing experience today at Fayrouz’s restaurant. I ordered one mix grill, one Taboulah and one Mojito. The taste of the mix grill was so exceptional compare to anywhere else. Lovely welcoming staff. I would strongly recommend visiting it.

Fancy some Middle Eastern food and want to avoid the hustle & bustle of Manchester, pop along to Fayrouz Tucked away in Wythenshawe, Fayrouz provides Middle Eastern food, in particular Syrian. Even though it’s been opened for a while, we hadn’t come across it till now and upon parking up, we were very much intrigued by this fancy gem. Having visited Fayrouz earlier in the day, it was relatively nice and quiet and have a feeling it’d get busier during the evenings. The music being played was by a Lebanese singer named Fayrouz/ Fairuz and very aptly so considering the restaurant is named after her. At Yara’s (co-owner/ chef’s wife) recommendation, we ordered the following; •Mouhamara - A red pepper paste topped with walnuts. It was sweet and spicy and provided a yummy dip to accompany the bread •Lsanat (Lamb Tongue!) - Now, we had never tried lamb tongue before and probably would have not been inclined to do so if it hadn’t been described to us so well. Genuinely loved it and would describe it as a slightly saltier meat and possibly a little spongier (but not in a bad way). It was topped with some chilli powder and infused with pistachios that helped to balance the flavour out And because of the Middle Eastern hospitality of needing to feed more, they also provided us with; •Hummus - Smooth, just the way we like it •Fattoush - Usually it ends up overpowered with balsamic vinegar and parsley, but this wasn’t one of them occasions The mains for the afternoon were; •Fayrouz Kofta Kebab - If you’re going to put your name against it, we’re likely going to try it. It was a perfectly sized meal, where the halloumi and mushroom was minced with the meat giving it a creamier taste •Dajaj Bel-Fakhara (Chicken) - This was a big portion of chicken baked in a tomato base. Had a vinegar-like tanginess on the peppers providing an extra kick Then, to finish it off (because we were being ultimate fatties on the day), we had; •Katayef - We were so full, but we couldn’t resist dessert (who can?!). There were two varieties of either cream-filled or nut-filled fried pancakes and topped with a sweet Syrian sauce. The nuts were a sweeter result with the cream version being more mellow. Was maybe a little too heavy for us at the end of that meal Definitely worth another visit Recommendation Rating: High Price: ££ Service: 8/10 Halal: Full menu
