   We came from Old Town Dubrovnik because we heard the pizza was fantastic. It may be one of the best pizzas I have had. The crust is amazingly thin and the edges were airy. I had the prosciutto, fig and walnut pizza. I am dairy free and this was not an issue for them. I will come back to Dubrovnik so I can have this pizza again.

   Gave me food poisoning. Spent £30 on a pizza the way I threw it on the man the following day after he was giving me attitude on the phone. I strongly recommend you don’t order from here!

   I have been charged £35 for a pizza that came wrong (I orded specifically deep pan and it was not deep pan) I called immediately to complain and the person whom answered the phone was unbelievably rude. I've got so upset that did not eat the pizza !! Still can not believe it ! This why we have CORONA in this world. People are so careless! ONLY THE MONEY MATTERS!

   The worse experience ever. We ordered a small pizza, fries and a double chicken burger. I ordered the pizza with courgette, sweetcorn, black olives and tomato, but instead we got something random with salami and chillies. The burger was not what I expected for +£6, it was like the burgers you get on a corner chicken shop for £1, but just stacked on top, not to mention it was tasteless. The fries were so soggy you could tie a knot and also came with additional chicken nuggets that we didn't even order. You can see in the picture what I got (not burger). We ordered the food and we were supposed to get in 40 minutes which seemed reasonable, however, we received it after 1 hour 45 minutes. I tried calling them but they kept dropping the phone. When they finally answered after 20 minutes of continuous calling, they were so rude and just said that the driver has left 15 minutes ago and just hung up. After that call we still waited for the driver for around 20 minutes. Just for the record, we live 1 mile away from the place... Never again.

   I made an order through Deliveroo the order has been marked as delivered but it was never received. Put simply the driver never turned up. This is evident by the mare fact that I have CCTV. A member of staff called Khan is very rude and violent. The level of customer service is appalling. When approached requesting a refund a member of staff became very violent and made terroristic threats. My experience with this company is very poor and I would recommend you avoid this company at all cost. Just look at the other reviews left by numerous customers on just eat And see how the company response to these reviews. I cannot stress enough that they are very unprofessional, incompetent, poor, uneducated and pathetic. They are liars. They take your money but never deliver your food. Justice needs to be served as I believe they will get what is coming to them sooner or later
