I really am impressed with the pizzas and chicken sides, it was perfect. It's been a long time since it's been top notch, this hits the bar finally. Love the paneer pizza and chicken wings. It was delivered by a friendly and pleasant driver, and the food was perfectly hot. I'm so content on this Friday evening, i will sleep well. Keep up the good work!
I find it difficult to comprehend why the reviews for this place are rated so low. Having lived in the area for five years, I have experienced nothing but consistently reliable service week after week. It often seems as though a small team of perhaps five individuals are managing the entire operation tirelessly, seven days a week, and yet everything runs smoothly. I have never once encountered an issue with delivery, collection, or the quality of the food, and considering the volume they handle, that strikes me as remarkable. For me it is unquestionably five out of five.

Avoid!!!!!! So you pay £2.50 for delivery and driver does not deliver it to your door! Driver asked me to come downstairs and pick up pizza from his car! No other delivery company has issues with delivering to my door! When I refused to go down I was told by rude shop staff that refund will be processed within 5 days and they will not send me email to confirm it!Poor customer service, not first time this happened with this particular shop, shame I can’t choose where me delivery comes from, I would definitely not choose Bow one! avoid at all costs!!!
Worst delivery I ever had.The delivery guy didn't even bother to come in the estate, he called me while sitting comfortably in his car that was parked on the main road. He told me he rang a buzzer, which is a lie since he was not in the right location. Called him again to determine where he was and he kept asking me to come and meet him. Driver had an attitude and wasn't very happy that I got him out of his car. Also the pizza changed in quality. Dough too thick, toppings scattered on there. Not going to order from them any time soon.
This was easily the worst delivery and customer service experience I have ever had. Their tracking system means absolutely nothing, and so does the word of their employees. I waited over 2 and a half hours and every time I called they told me my pizza is coming next and will be here soon, and when I complained about waiting a long time they were very rude and gave me an attitude even. I wish I didn’t make the mistake of ordering from here, but I will certainly never ever be ordering here again!
Great service and hot pizza. After reading the reviews I wasn't sure whether to order but pizza arrived hot and fresh within 40 minutes... complete with dips! No problems at all and I would definitely order from Roman Road branch again!
I have been a customer since working on Roman Road for approximately 7 months. I have not always been satisfied with the food or service provided however still chose to give them my business, UNTIL TODAY! I refuse to accept such abysmal service and quality of food. I have raised my concerns in person and they still have not improved. Today was the last draw. Firstly when ordering over the phone, requesting the exact same thing I always order, I was told they do not do that. despite, I went in to order and of-course they still do that so made an order. After collecting and returning to the office the pizza looked absolutely abysmal and really off putting, something i have complained about before. After taking a bit to then realize the slice i bit into had absolutely no cheese. Imagine my frustration and dismay. I took it back to request a full refund and was meet with disgruntled staff who made this increasingly difficult.
