   I am writing to complain about a recent order from PizzaExpress Blackheath via Deliveroo. The food arrived late and was cold, yet Deliveroo had blocked the option to report cold food, which left me unable to make a proper claim. The pizza was poorly prepared, with ingredients unevenly distributed, and I had to reheat it in the microwave, which is unacceptable for a freshly made pizza. Additionally, the food was not packed properly, contributing to the poor quality on arrival. This experience fell well below the standard I expect from PizzaExpress. I would appreciate this being looked into and appropriate action taken.

   Had a lovely brunch at PizzaExpress with my daughter after her Stagecoach class and before heading to a theater show. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming. The food was tasty and satisfying. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience!

   I had a memorable birthday pizza making party thanks to the chef assigned to us. The quality of the food and service was much more than what we paid for. Venue was atmospheric, cozy and tidy too! Definitely coming back for more dough balls. Thanks a lot team

   I visited today with my daughter for a takeaway order. I only ordered the Bruschetta and a thin based Pandana pizza to share and it was amazing. The lady who served me was excellent and very friendly. I didn’t get her name but she had Dark curly hair and red glasses. We are coming back next Monday to try some other dishes.

   Not a very aesthetic interior, the tables outside have a specific design that make them hard to clean and dirt gets stuck between it which is just nasty. speed of service was good and our waiter remained attentive and understanding. However, the pasta was hard to chew, had to send it back. The thin pizzas also look and taste like A4 sheets of paper, though my friend did eat this and seemed content with it. The tap water that we asked for also happened to be lukewarm, which as someone working in hospitality i’d assume it’d come with ice especially considering the recent british weathers, so overall 2/5. Won’t be returning.

   Service was not nice, Staff is eating while they are serving the customer. Ordered Margarita Pizza but it was too hard to cut and eat. If you compare the other Pizza express, less child friendly. Did not get as usual small things for my child ( colouring, or drawing paper etc.) I do recommend going next door to Franco Manco fresh dough and Pizza it's not frozen.

   Food was great as usual. The service was excellent, especially considering we were a party of 12 with some members having invisible additional needs and allergies etc. The server just 'got us'. He was intuitive to our needs.

   Went on a Monday evening and it was very quiet but very nice. The food was very good and the server was friendly. I recommend trying a romana pizza, in particular the margarita pizza, as well as the dough balls, however everything in here is delicious and the drinks are good.

   Unfortunately the service was super slow and we got the starter and main together with cold arancini. Although they did not charge us for the arancini but the very long wait was not acceptable. The lady who served us was very pleasant, but overall, not going there again.

   Really nice service from the manager here. They were light on staff so it took a while to take orders but he was really pleasant during all interactions and the food was great.
