This is my first review ever, written to warn others. I ordered pizza and pasta for delivery. When the food arrived, the pizza was completely ice cold and clearly had been sitting around for a long time. It was not just lukewarm — it was cold enough to be inedible. This immediately raised concerns about basic food handling and hygiene, as cold pizza that has not been properly stored or reheated can be unsafe to eat. I called the restaurant to report the issue. I was told three separate times that a replacement pizza would be sent. After waiting more than 30 minutes with no update, I called again. At that point, the same employee suddenly denied ever promising a replacement and actually laughed at me on the phone. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Beyond the poor service, the overall experience left me worried about hygiene standards. Cold, poorly handled food, combined with a dismissive attitude toward customer complaints, suggests a lack of care for cleanliness, food safety, and basic customer responsibility. Cold food, broken promises, dishonesty, and mockery — without exaggeration, this is the worst service experience I have ever had. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here.

Ordered a takeaway for about £30 the food arrived extremely late and was stone cold and inedible. Was told by the member of staff over the phone to suck it up pretty much. No refund offered and extremely poor customer service. Complete waste of money and a rip off. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

The pizza was not good at all. I think they do not use pizza flour but some random flour. It tastes nothing like pizza. This is why they sell cheap and on cash.

Review: A Great Halal Pizza Spot with Authentic Italian Flavors! If you’re looking for a great halal pizza place that serves authentic Italian-style pizza, look no further! I recently visited this restaurant, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel comfortable right away. Their hospitality and positive attitude created a warm and inviting atmosphere, which made the dining experience even better. Now, let’s talk about the most important part—the pizza! The quality of the ingredients was outstanding. You could tell that everything was fresh, from the rich tomato sauce to the perfectly melted cheese and the flavorful toppings. The crust was just right—crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside—exactly how a proper Italian pizza should be. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and it was clear that the chefs put great effort into making sure the taste was as authentic as possible. Another major plus was the pricing. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the pizzas were, especially considering the high quality of ingredients and the generous portion sizes. It’s not often that you find a place that offers such great value for money. Whether you’re dining alone, with family, or with friends, you won’t have to worry about spending too much while still enjoying a delicious meal. As for cleanliness, I would say the restaurant was in good shape overall. It wasn’t spotless, but it was definitely clean enough to enjoy a meal comfortably. The tables were well-maintained, and the kitchen area looked organized, which is always a good sign when it comes to food hygiene. Overall, I highly recommend this halal pizza place to anyone who loves Italian-style pizza. With its fresh ingredients, amazing flavors, reasonable prices, and friendly staff, it’s definitely worth a visit. Whether you’re a pizza lover or just looking for a nice place to eat, this spot will not disappoint. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I visited this restaurant on a friend’s recommendation, as they know I love authentic Italian pizza. At first glance, I noticed they offer a wide range of foods—from pizza to fried chicken, doner kebabs, and burgers—which can sometimes mean a lack of focus on one specialty. Unfortunately, this seemed to be the case here. While the pizza dough was enjoyable, the toppings didn’t taste as fresh or high-quality as I’d hoped, and there was a mix-up with our order. I requested a roasted vegetable pizza but received the vegetarian hot pizza instead. With so many different types of pizzas on the menu, it seems they may struggle to manage each order accurately. Plus, when an Italian pizzeria adds pineapple as a topping, it feels as though they’ve sacrificed the whole concept of Italian pizza. I also ordered a macchiato, but the quality was underwhelming. It was an affordable meal, so I wasn’t expecting perfection, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I wish them the best, but a bit more attention to quality, order accuracy, and perhaps hygiene (especially given their 3-star hygiene rating) would make a big difference.
