   Disgusted with order - placed order via online went to collect however I informed the chef that there was barely any cheese and that it looked absolutly nothing compared to the menu illustration (given thin base instead of pan), accepted to add cheese however was given the same packaging that the previous pizza was presented in (the label was not even attached) dripping with oil - I presume oil was just poured on top of original order to melt cheese however, destroyed this personal belongings, I visited this restaurant a day after Christmas Day being too exhausted to cook for my children however the pizza was completely inedible due to the amount of oil it was soaked in, I believe this was deliberately carried out due to my initial complaint. The chef came across very rude. Contacted customer service who offered the refund if a pizza - no costs towards personal belongings! Will not be visiting this branch ever again, disgusted with the service in this entire area!

   We order Pizza on for our dinner for home delivery. The food delivered before the promised time warm and the delivery person his name is Ahad. He was really sweet and kind. His customer service is top notch. We highly recommend.

   I ordered my food at 18:15 on the app and it said delivery by 18:40/18:50. After waiting 25 minutes the app still was saying order confirmed. I called the restaurant and was told my food would be with me in 15 minutes. 10 minutes later the app status changes to food in the oven. I called the restaurant and said why is my food just going into the oven when I ordered over 30 minutes ago. He said food will be with you in 6 minutes. 20 minutes later still no food. Unless you like waiting all night! only to receive cold un edible food then I suggest you stay far away from this place.. If I could give 0 stars then I would have. This place is absolute trash!!!

   Ordered 6 for collection. Arrived at the collection point at the time stated on the order. On arrival I was ignored by no less than 4 members of staff. They refused to acknowledge me. Didn't ask if I was here to collect or order. They were clearly busy with other orders but had walked passed me several times. When the pizzas were eventially readdy 20mins after the last collection window, i found 2 pizzas out of 6 were burnt. Told them about it and the guy suggested that some customers like them burnt. I asked if I had specified that was the case with me, to which he rightly said no. I rejected those 2 pizzas and they offered to remake them. In the meantime the others 4 pizzas i had ordered were getting cold. Informed customer service who were completing useless and said "We want to assure you that all our products are prepared to specific temperatures for specific times to ensure they arrive perfectly cooked and delicious." Clearly, they were not the right temperature, they were burnt! No offer of any form of goodwill from the customer services team. Wont be ordered to this store again!

   Excellent customer service from Jake. I accidentally ordered a pizza with meat & he kindly sent out a new vegetarian one. The delivery driver was also very friendly and gave a complementary drink & board games for the kids.

   Thank you to Josh and Rizwan! I accidently ordered the wrong pizza and the staff very kindly agreed to send me a brand new pizza for free! Very kind of them. Pizza was brilliant!

   The most disgusting pizza I have ever eaten. To start off with they delivered the food late and when we rang to question them they lied and said the food was out for delivery. It arrived 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES later. Not only that the pizzas were cold, rock hard, squashed and soaking wet. Will never order from Pizza Hut again. Go to domino’s instead. Way better value for money and their website actually lets you log a complaint unlike these scammers.

   The most awful service. My delivery never came. Man on the phone lied. I paid for the food and it said it arrived it never did arrive. The man on the phone kept hanging up and I can’t get in contact now

   Food was delivered on time, cheesy garlic bread and the 2 vegetarian pizzas (veggie sizzler and Beyond meat pizza) were excellent. It arrived hot as well which was great. Highly recommend this location!
