The owner and the workers are really sweet, but the cheesy garlic strips (tear and share) are not cheesy at all. The base is hard as rock, and i had to pull every time i bite. No cheese at all. DO NOT BUY. I have already contacted the team and gave review after they denied any compensation. I mean this shouldn’t be called CHEESY as its not cheesy

I ordered two large pizzas directly from the pizza hut website, but one of the pizzas had the wrong toppings on top. When I called the shop to request either a new pizza with the correct ingredients, or a refund, the so-called store manager (Shakil) first claimed “they have had no online orders” claiming i “must of ordered from just eats or something”. After clarifying that I had ordered directly from the website, he said he can’t give me a refund because he can’t “verify” my claim, and can’t send another driver because they’re all “busy”. Kept on trying to get me off the phone, saying “Call tomorrow, and maybe we can give refund”. Customer service is appalling…I won’t be ordering from here again! Pizzas are ridiculously oil and slightly overcooked…I WANT A REFUND!!!
This pizza hut has become my absolute favourite place to eat in the past few Months! They are always so accommodating and always serve me delicious and carefully crafted food! My driver Aftar has delivered to me many times now and he's been amazing every single time! He is fast and considerate of maintaining my foods pristine condition.
Avoid the E14 London Pizza Hut branch. They delivered completely different items without asking, then refused to process the refund they had promised — I had to chase it myself and even waited an extra day to give them time to get things together. When I called, a staff member made an offensive and racially charged remark, asking if I “understood English,” along with other rude and condescending comments. I am a person of colour myself so was shocked this was said by someone who didn’t even speak English as well as me and making a comment that had non relevance to the conversation at hand. I’ve ordered from this store many times, so they know me, and it was clear the remark had racial or maybe even sexist undertones. It’s unacceptable, and it’s not something they would ever say to someone from their own South Asian background especially a woman. Customers should never face discriminatory or personal attacks for simply requesting the refund they were promised. When I called back 10 minutes later to escalate, the same staff member pretended to be someone else, denied what he had said, and then hung up on me when I asked for the manager and complaints email. Dishonest, unprofessional, and discriminatory — unless you fit a certain background, it seems. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I’ll never order from this branch again. If you value proper service and respect, go elsewhere. Pizza Hut needs to take action, because behaviour like this will only drive customers away especially in this current climate.
Order from Pizza Hut, called the shop to confirm my dessert, spoke to Shofi he was super polite and helpful and made sure my order was exactly they way I wanted. Thank you !! Amazing customer service!!
Pizza Hut in Poplar, E14 is a fantastic restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious pizza and great customer service. My half and half large pizza, which had mostly vegan toppings, was absolutely delicious. The crust was crispy and the toppings were fresh and flavourful. The vegan options were also a great addition to the menu, it was nice to have a variety of options for different dietary needs. One of the things that stood out to me about this Pizza Hut location was the speedy turnaround time for my pizza. I was able to order and receive my piping hot pizza in no time, which was great for when I was in a hurry. The staff and drivers were also very friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. The management team, Shofi & Aftar, were also fantastic. They were always on hand to answer any questions I had and were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience. They were very attentive and truly cared about providing the best customer service possible. The same can be said for all the other staff members, they were all friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I had an enjoyable experience. Overall, I highly recommend Pizza Hut in Poplar, E14. The pizza is delicious, the customer service is top-notch, and the management team is dedicated to providing an excellent experience for all of their customers. Don't watch any other review but this one; Give it a try you won't be disappointed!!
Don't even deserve one star, waited for the delivery around 2 hours. When it arrived, pizza is cold. And they refused to offer refund. Never ever ordered it again.
