normally order dominos delivery from here because it’s the only option. pizzas are rarely fresh. yes you can tell, that’s how bad they are. i got the new veg tray, first time they put a lid on it and it didn’t spill, this time they put no lid on and water leaked everywhere including on my cloths and bed sheets. it’ll be fun trying to get that smell out.
Food was below par. Not Domino’s style, more a regular cheaper takeaway style. Honestly, when you decide to pay more for domino’s it shouldn’t be the same quality as the cheaper takeaways! They forgot our potato wedges and when I phoned they said it’s because they’re busy and it would be 20+ mins before they could get them to us. I refused so they said I’d get a refund instead of “£5 odd” I asked them to be professional and give me an accurate figure and an email confirmation that I’d receive a refund. No email has been received. Im not expecting a refund. Just avoid them.
Rip off! Don’t know if they had ran out of stock but pizzas had virtually no topping except tomato sauce. Only a few scraps of cheese, really disgraceful for how expensive they are. I used to love domino’s and justified the price as a treat but after this I’ll never bother again
Have ordered from this Domino’s for years and the pizzas are consistently well made and taste great. Definitely deserves a better overall rating than it has. Great service as well - thanks for the extra dips last night :)
Do not order from this Domino's. I discovered a piece of hair in my food and called the restaurant. The man on the phone promised me that he will notify his manager and return me a full refund for the compensation and inconvenience. Despite all this my food also came cold. I had taken a picture for proof, but the man on the phone refused and stated a driver will come and collect the pizza to take back, which is ridiculous and an absolute joke. At this time, I had discarded the pizza since common sense dictated that you would and his response was "it's fine take it out of the bin". Although the wedges were cold but fine to eat I had no longer an appetite and was put off completely by the poor quality of food. I am quite dissatisfied with how the team handled my problem. I am now having to wait for a call back from the manger , which is causing me further inconvenience. I have provided my proof to the manager, and I hope you would take prompt action and refund me in full to compensate for the horrible service and treatment I had as a client. Please try to avoid this restaurant at all costs. To summarise food arrived cold, food quality was bad, and workers were rude and unpleasant . I will attach the picture below.
Domino’s in Morley is absolutely a joke. After 45 min I placed my order and when I tracked it says delivered then I call to the store one of the customer service he said that they are going to deliver my pizza with in 15-20 minutes. But took them 30 minutes. So in total after 75 minutes of waiting I got my pizza. It’s my last order from this store.I recommended to any one to avoid Domino’s Morley.
Pizza took 90 minutes to be delivered. It was cold when it arrived. Dominoes is the most expensive pizza available. For the price, you expect at least a reasonable service. Cold pizza isn't nice. Waiting an hour and a half for it to arrive is frustrating. The 'tracker' said it has been delivered within 45 minutes. It obviously doesn't track anything and is just a gimmick. This is the third time this has happened now over the last few months. Last time we waited over two hours and eventually told them to cancel the order and refund us the money. If you call them, they say "its on it's way". When you call again 25 minutes later as it still hasn't arrived, they repeat the lie. After several calls they will say "it's in the oven". Terrible service. I'd strongly recommend against ordering from here if you want hot food delivered within a reasonable time frame.
First and last time ordering from this place took hour and a half for 2 cheese pizzas to be delivered and they were cold when they finally got here. Unacceptable. My sincere advice to all is to avoid this place not worth the wait. Called 4 times during the wait to be told driver is on the way. I asked to speak to a manager and each time I was told it was the manager I was speaking to bare in mind it was a different voice each time. Almost beyond belief how bad the service is, never again
2 hours and 10 minutes is unacceptable for a delivery. To be repeatedly told that the pizza is out with the driver for over 90 minutes... how is this providing a quality product? Have you eaten pizza that been sat stewing on a back seat for 90 minutes? I assure you, its not great! "We are too busy" is not an excuse for shoddy service, this should never be the go to excuse for under performing and providing a terrible service to you paying customers. "We are too busy" to me says you're under staffed to provide the absolute minimum service of delivering pizza to customers in a timely manner.
I have ordered pizzas for collection. They have given delicious pizza. With good amount of cheese nd toppings. Manager is very friendly he explained me all the deals and gave the best deal which suits my order.
