   As a lover of Pizza, visiting this counter is a no brainer. The food offer and selection is amazing and I have visited multiple times. My most recent visit Saturday 8th Nov was disappointing and sadly I won't be going back. Jo who served me and has done multiple times was friendly, polite and provided excellent customer service as always. Sadly on this occasion I was overcharged and when I raised this, Jo quickly alerted her manager. The manager was at first dismissive, then took a long while to resolve the issue and almost 15 minutes later I was still at the counter. In the end, knowing I'd still been overcharged I just told the manager I still didn't feel it had been charged correctly but only had an hour for lunch and my food was by now almost cold. There was no real empathy from the manager or apology but Jo throughout was the only credit to Napoli. I was made to feel like an inconvenience.

   Went to Napoli in the food court in Merry Hill Centre. Served by Jo, who was very friendly and polite, great service. Had the pepperoni pizza special with garlic bread and spicy fries.... bangin! Well priced and good portion size.

   This was my first try and I was very impressed I had the slice of smokey chicken pizza with a slice of cheese garlic bread and coleslaw, the cheese garlic bread was very nice the dough was tasty and crunchy and the topping perfect too. The pizza slice was also very tasty with a nice bade to it and crust, even the coleslaw was nice as well, the staff where friendly and helpful, overall I will be back again to try something else

   Me and my boyfriend had the pasta bake special. Everything was perfect, the food went down a treat. Jo was exceptional and had a bright smile on her face the whole time. Definitely recommend

   First but certainly not the last visit. I opted for the pizza special, the pizza was perfect, i had chosen coleslaw and cheesy garlic bread as a side and both delicious, well worth the £4.99. My wife chose the spicy cajun pasta, and she told me it was full of flavour, the veg still had a bite to them and the sauce was amazing. We was served by jo, she was very welcoming and service with a smile is always lovely to see, she recommended the pizza deal as i was only going to have a slice but ended up with the special, so glad i did, and will definitely be back very soon.

   Just eaten from here the Cajun veg pasta bake. We shared a meal which was just the right amount as a snack. We were served my Melissa who was very helpful and advised us on what was on offer and what the ingredients were. Definitely go again
