“First time dining in the restaurant which is now open. Experience was outstanding! The service was brilliant- polite and attentive staff and restaurant was immaculate. The chicken tikka aloo chaat was amazing- succulent flavours - a must try! A lovely cosy ambience, perfect for 2 or families. Overall a wonderful experience 10/10. Will definitely be going again.”

“Went to an 80's night recently , first time we've been to Brierley Hill civic hall. It was absolutely brilliant. Big dancefloor, great crowd of people, staff all friendly and helpful, and toilets absolutely spotless - unlike some other places we've visited that made you want to wipe your feet on the way out. They had an really good live band and a disco afterwards, we we're dancing all night. Looking forward to going again!”

“By far one of the best experiences I’ve had with a fast food place! KELLY at merry hill was a fantastic help. With someone who has coeliac disease and find it hard to find places to eat. Kelly was very knowledgeable on what I can eat and she constantly changed her gloves when serving me. Thank you Kelly you made our day ☺️”

“Went today for first time for my moms birthday and can't fault it. Wide choice on menu, including Monkfish amongst its many fish curry dishes. Staff were extremely attentive and up for a laugh and joke. We were made to feel very welcome. The prices must be amongst the cheapest around and there is definitely no scrimp on quality. I am puzzled at some of the negative comments I have read, most of them seem to be on take aways. Firstly I learned years ago, if you order a take away from ANYWHERE on a Friday or Saturday be prepared for a long wait and don't expect too much on quality, as the delivery drivers quite often take various at the same time trying to keep up with demand. My advise during busy periods, if you want a Take Away and expect quality, Go and get it. I for one will definitely be back to Kaben again soon.”

“These burgers are just delicious!!! Freshly made to order, you pick the toppings, the meat is moist and tasty, can’t fault it! The milkshakes are to die for as well, creamy, gorgeous, moreish!! Spaces to seat and eat though essentially it’s a takeaway not a restaurant. Definitely worth a visit.”

“Visited here on a Sunday evening with some family, we were all very happy with our experience. We all ordered different curry dishes and all commented on how tasty our food was. From the moment we walked in the customer service was warm, attentive and welcoming. The toilets were immaculately clean! Good variety on the menu, you can bring your own alcoholic drinks (there is also a glass bottle of water which was refreshed when needed). Overall, very happy with our meal's and dining experience. “What a lovely experience we had this afternoon at Pizza hut Merry Hill. Popped in on the chance. Super warm welcome children given colouring and made to feel special!!! Service all done via app, however this didn't stop Laura checking in regular with us offering support with ordering and nothing was too much trouble with 2 young children being busy in restaurant. Made us feel super happy to visit again with thanks to Laura and her friendly, warm, welcoming customer service. Thank you for all your help explaining offers too.”

“Went on 14th august 22 for our 1st anniversary meal was greeted by kim who brought our meals and drinks she made our day special she was very polite and also thanks to the chef who made us a extra menu as restaurant was closed but still allowed us to have out 1st anniversary meal in main restaurant all to our selfs only had to pay for our drinks as Copthorne payed for our meals as we had our wedding hear would definitely recommend this place as food was really nice.”

Even though its always very busy, including birthday parties, the food quality is perfect and so is the service. The drink service is very efficient too. Even if you want a drink/cocktail not on the menu they still do it for you.”

“I have eaten in and taken away from this shop a number of times now and have been all round impressed. The customer service is above and beyond with the politeness/smiles of the staff. There are always customers coming and going right up to closing time at 11pm. The seating area is spotless, there is a sink to wsh your hands too with liquid soap. The prices are great too. This shop is a gem on Brierley Hill High Street and I would highly recommend everyone buy from them.”

“We’ve been here several times now when we visit family in Dudley and it has become a ‘must’ when we visit now. The food is superb and the staff are excellent. We haven’t had a bad meal here and always leave saying how much we enjoyed it, so much so I have actually decided to leave review on here. Highly recommended, if you are in the area give it a try you won’t regret it but it would be wise to book as it is always busy. Our latest visit was a Sunday evening and it was even busy then.”

“Went this morning to get a sandwich which needed to be dairy, egg and nuts free, the kitchen handled it amazingly and whoever was serving listened to me well and didn't charge until she knew it could be done safely (its an anaphylactic allergy so was abit worried) Well done guys, now I know where I can come for a filthy sarnie within allergy limitations!”
