   I’ve been coming to Nando’s for over 10 years and never felt the need to write a review until now. The service from Jamie at the Merry Hill branch was on another level. Even though we arrived close to closing, he went above and beyond in taking care of us, checking in often and catering to our every need. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care completely elevated the experience and couldn't go unrecognised. The extra effort and kindness made a quick dinner moment into something really special. The food was great too. Thank you to Jamie, we will be back!

   Nando’s food never disappoints — it always hits, great value for money, and that’s why we keep coming back. However, this visit wasn’t quite up to the usual standard. We ended up waiting by the door for longer than expected before being seated, and I had to approach staff myself to get a table. The welcome didn’t feel warm, which set the tone a bit flat for the experience. The one standout was the guy in the till with red hair, who was genuinely lovely. If it wasn’t for him, the visit would have felt quite underwhelming, as the rest of the staff didn’t show much customer service at all. You don’t expect over-the-top attention, just a friendly, welcoming vibe, which is usually part of what makes Nando’s great. Hopefully, this was just an off day, because the food was as good as ever, but the atmosphere and service need to be brought back up to the usual Nando’s standard.

   Had an amazing meal at Nando’s recently, and the real standout wasn’t just the food — it was the service from our waiter, Elliot. From the moment we arrived, Elliot was friendly, attentive, and effortlessly professional. He greeted us with a warm smile, made sure we were comfortable, and walked us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm Throughout the meal, Elliot struck the perfect balance between being present and giving us space. Drinks were refilled before we even noticed they were low, and he checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was spot on. Nothing ever felt rushed or forgotten — just smooth, efficient, and welcoming service. It’s rare to get service that actually improves your whole dining experience, but Elliot genuinely made the visit feel special. A true credit to the Nando’s team!! We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Elliot.

   Great quality food for the price, clean toilets. I do recommend. There was a long way to eat inside the restaurant but they gave me the option to eat out side which was technically inside which I find a brilliant compromise and very helpful thank you very much

   Great to go with friends if you fancy a cheap meal. Chicken is beautiful but some of the sides such as the broccoli are not the best. Music can be a bit loud and overpowering if your trying to have a conversation. Usually very busy and packed. Great for a quick cheap meal but that would be about it.

   Gave 5 star for food as I love it but it is fast food so don't expect top end oysters or lobster. It's tucked away in the food hall and can be easily missed.... do persevere if you don't see it straight away! Toilets are a bit of a hike down narrow spiral stairs (unless they open downstairs). Otherwise standard Nandos friendly staff and service.

   It's been a long time since we last visited a Nando's. They are so consistent that it seems pointless to review unless you wish to praise or moan, however I have never had a bad experience. The only reason for this review is to commend them on their newish chickpea burger which was rather nice and good value compared to say the McDonald's equivalent.
