   Phoned up for a collection, and was told I have to order online, said to her I don't like doing that, can you just take my order please, sorry we don't do that anymore. So I phone castle gate Dudley and ask them can I order a collection, thete response yes what would you like. So I had to drive 10 mins out my way, all because Merry Hill staff couldn't be arsed to take my order.. lost £29.00 off me I bet there's more people they have lost aswell.. not happy

   What a lovely experience we had this afternoon at Pizza hut Merry Hill. Popped in on the chance. Super warm welcome children given colouring and made to feel special!!! Service all done via app, however this didn't stop Laura checking in regular with us offering support with ordering and nothing was too much trouble with 2 young children being busy in restaurant. Made us feel super happy to visit again with thanks to Laura and her friendly, warm, welcoming customer service. Thank you for all your help explaining offers too.

   Worst customer experience I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The manager “Sarah” was the most horrific women I have ever had the displeasure of meeting and for some reason she is front of house greeting customers. There was no hello or greeting simply just a “ is it table for 3” bad attitude, barking orders at us that we can’t order from her it all has to be done online in other words don’t bother me I’m not interested. I genuinely feel sorry for the staff who have to work along side her as put it like this I wouldn’t want her as my manager there was something very chilling about this women. Avoid this place the atmosphere is awful I can see why it was empty!!

   Went there as a treat for my kids. I'd not been to Pizza Hut for a good while but I was not prepared for the experience to follow. The average price for a large pizza was £23 and the pizzas were only marginally bigger than your standard frozen supermarket fare. Marginally. Even worse, the deep pan had no cheese on two of the slices and the crust extended 1/3 of the slice so you can imagine how sparse the toppings were in general. The quality was equally similar to Aldi/Lidl fare and incomparable to Dominos or Papa John's which, considering you could pick up 2 Domino's pizzas for the price of one Pizza Hut one is very telling. Oh but you might say, you dined in, well...the ordering is done on your phone so the experience now is very much like ordering a pizza for collection but then sitting at a plastic cheap table and eating it. Also the salad bar was grim, even early evening when there had been little chance for customers to mess it up. All in, 2 large pizzas and 3 drinks was approaching £60 which is extortionate given both the size and quality of the food. Avoid like the plague.

   Deserve 5 stars for excellent customer service. Went there 1st time today to eat the O2 Priority App free adult lunch. Treated kindly by helpful staff who showed us how to use the App. Usually for freebies or discounted meals the restaurants would treat you like 2nd class. But not here at Merry Hill Pizza Hut. They give you due respect and are very patient to everyone especially the Elderly folks. Would go there again. Highly recommended.

   Pizza Hut is a fair bit more expensive nowadays, but had a great time nonetheless. Visited yesterday late evening, was pretty quiet so service was rather quick. Staff are friendly, didn't have to wait long at all for food. Portions are great, and quality is still amazing. Will be back again!

   Pizza were very tasty but your garlic bread are very oily and not even a chip shop standard, I hope you improve the taste and the way it's being made. Staff is very polite and respectful towards individuals. I'll return for the pizza but won't eat starter here.
