   I would like to post a review about the food or service at this restaurant but both times we visited we didn't get further than inside the door. First time we tried to get in, there were still customers eating and being served but we were told "Sorry, we're not letting in more in cos we'll be closing soon" even though it wasn't close to their closing time or the centres closing time, we ended up walking round to wagama and having a lovely meal. The second time we tried to get in was around 5pm (again open and the centre was open) and there was no queue and we walked straight in. We were asked if we had a reservation (!) which we weren't aware we had to do for a walk in restaurant. Obviously we had no reservation and we were told we had an approx 45 minute wait to be seated which we weren't going to do so we again walked round to wagama and got seated straight away and had another lovely meal there. We won't be trying to get in to this restaurant again.

   We booked table for 5 at 5pm. Ordered around 5.20. It’s 6.10 and food just arrived. Pizza looks good but service is terrible. If manager wasn’t here, we would eat probably much later. The atmosphere is noisy and hectic. I do not recommend this place. Food look delicious. Various pizzas and Cannelloni.

   Good value for money (food & drink) Pizza could’ve had more basil as you only get one little leaf (personal preference) and drinks could be improved. Would’ve given a 3.5 for food if possible. Staff were super lovely and so attentive. Nice to sit outside during the more sunny days.

   Appalling service. Waiting ages to be seated. Huge queue of people building up. All servers looking at the line and not doing anything about it. Order got taken pretty quickly when we were finally sat. We were offered a high chair, we said yes. But then she walked off and we had to get our own which seemed odd after offering? We only came in for a couple drinks, a snack, and a meal for my child. We asked for the child meal to come with the dough balls we had ordered. The drinks came, a couple dirty glasses for the water. The daiquiri was nice flavour. Child enjoyed juice box. Bottled beer was fine - wasn’t the first choice. Dough balls came, again all fine. But the child’s meal did not arrive. He was hungry, we ended up giving him some of our dough balls. We couldn’t catch the attention of a single server. They were either not around or chatting. When we did finally catch someone, he said he’d check. The food didn’t come until the dough balls were gone. A heads up for the child’s bolognese, there’s not much meat. It may as well just be advertised as a tomato sauce. Everyone else was obviously unimpressed with the service. Many people were trying to find a server. Clearly the staff did not care. The manager (I assume) clearly thought she was too important to serve and only wanted to do the deliveroo/just eat orders. There was one server who really just didn’t want to interact with patrons. Also just to note, pizza express do not do table service outside. It then took ages to find someone to pay. Again, many people were sat waiting for staff just so they could pay. We all just wanted to leave. At least when the guy finally came over had the good sense to skip the tip part! What a shameful place - especially in the designer outlet location! I wouldn’t have thought pizza express really belonged in such a place. Just appalling. It’s much easier and much quicker to go to the Greek van just outside! Don’t bother with the restaurant. There are seats outside.

   Me and my family came here and it was great. Once we entered we sat and the waiter was so kind. We ordered and he communicated very well. Whilst waiting for our order to come out we saw a pair of people come in. One of them was gluten free and had an allergy he was very helpful and gave them an allergy book in case she needed it and he was patient with her when ordering. The service here is amazing. Unfortunately i didn't get his name. Then the starters came out quite fast and it was nice we got the mozzarella sticks and they were fresh and not too hot but had honey on them which put me off the taste a but. Then the food came out and overall it was a great experience and would definitely come again.

   We had such a terrible experience here. All our food took so long to come out, it wasn't even busy in there. Once our food did come out all the pizzas were burnt!! They all had to be sent back. The children's pasta portion was tiny!! Literally 2 spoonfuls. And the drinks were so expensive. Awful! Will not be returning

   Good fresh pizza, we had the garlic king prawn thin base, with salad and polenta chips to share it was really good. Very efficient and friendly staff, they are attentive and always cleaning down. It's a nice place to visit during a shopping trip. Thanks guys

   Food was overpriced. Ordered 3 normal pizzas drinks and a salad which was all £87! OUTRAGEOUS. The salad alone was £13.50 . Staff got the order wrong as we ordered for an adult margarita pizza and they gave us the kids pizza . They also had to take the salad back because I ordered the salad to be gluten free and they put bread in the salad. Waiters were also very quiet and had a bad experience. If you want pizza don’t come here Pizza Hut has a better menu , better prices and better customer service

   Vegan options taste good but are not very filling, bases are very thin and I found I could easily eat 2 pizzas to myself. This is OK as an expensive snack. The rice based cheese is amazing probably the best pizza cheese I've had, I hope they figure out how to make proper pizza bases in the future rather the using what seems like baked tortillas.

   Service a little on the slow side. Otherwise food was fine. Smaller branch than others so gets busy quickly. Higher pricing structure. Would visit again.
