Quite Possibly the worst takeaway I have ever had. Always liked the look of this place so thought Iβd give it a go. Was a nasty suprise to be honest. The pizza was soggy, the cheese tasted like it had off and the toppings were almost non existant. I had a side of βhot and spicyβ chicken wings, which were just plain chicken wings in a box with 3 jalapeΓ±os. Awful and potentially the worst Iβve ever tried and due to my job Iβve tried my fair share of 3am takeaways when nothing else is open. Not much cheaper than your likes of dominos either so if you are thinking of trying, just donβt.

Came in this evening for the first time since living here (8years) and Iβm so annoyed that I havenβt come in sooner! The staff were super friendly, greeted with kindness and a smile and the food I ordered tasted great. Will be back. Thank you!

Bunch of A/V techs stopped off for a travel truck stop. We had an array of pizza's, burgers, wraps, chips and drinks. 10 out of 10 across the board! Everything was super fresh and tasty. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Great menu to choice from. Should've tried their kebabs, they looked magic! If you're passing, you have to check this fine takeaway. Nice one brothers.

We had a few good orders from Napoli to begin with but the last two have been really disappointing. The last one was completely wrong (received a 7" pizza instead of a 12") but thought we'd give them another go. Unfortunately delivery was an hour late, I had to phone twice to get it sorted and both the courier and first man I spoke to at the restaurant were very abrupt and rude. I got told the man was "on the phone to another customer so would be with me shortly" and then the phone was put to the side. It's a shame because the food is really nice but they've let themselves down and I won't be ordering from there again.

Have had pizzas from here a few times the staff are always friendly and remember what I've ordered before. I'm under the hospital at minute and they always ask how I'm feeling and treatment is going now that's what I call a service with a smile.

Don't get me wrong, these guys can be really great. Used them years and years, since they first opened, back when they were reasonably priced (cheep and very cheerful). A week or so ago, I got a horrible cheese crust instead of my usual hotdog. Like, a terrible cheese string or something, not cheesey at all. The thing I look forward to, and have done since day 1 is the hotdog crust - it's the only reason I and others I know loved them for so long. It used to be 3.99 collection plus 1 for hotdog for small, now it's 7.50 and a lot more if you don't collect. It's nearly 20 quid for 3 small things now. I didn't take it back / ring up complaining and demanding a refund, even though I'd had a very difficult day and it was all I had to look forward to. I quite reasonably on my next online order in the comments asked for a cheeky half and half option so I could have my 2 slices spicy and maybe upgrade to medium. I then got a call telling me it wasn't possible from a noob employee. I said "I'm sorry, I thought you might make an exception given I had the wrong pizza last time and didn't complain". They repeated they couldn't do it (iv had half and half before from here), but they could make sure I got the hotdog crust I paid for this time. Apparently, its not possible to put slightly different toppings and a few chillis on half a pizza, even when you just let someone down. Didn't even mention the medium bit of the request. I'm not the only person who found they are nice until there's a problem. Livid. Years I've paid card fees online just to collect, or walked in the rain to the further cash point because they refuse to pay card fees like every single other business. I'm sorry guys, but just be nice to people. I asked for very little compensation for my disappointment. I just feel they've got a little too big for their boots, constant price rises and the customers always wrong.

Sad to say, but I feel like I just got conned. Β£30 for two peoples' food (2 pizzas, 3 sides). Where to begin? The "medium" pizzas are 9". That's a small in anyone else's language. When I tried to pay, the site said "Because of your distance from the restaurant, we must add a Β£3 charge for delivery". Our distance? We checked, it's a 7 minute drive. We're just down the road. Then once they took payment, they gave us the news: It would be 1:30 hours to deliver the food. And it was. And it got here (7 minutes down the road) already cold. The only good thing about the entire process was that the delivery guy was nice. I hoped we'd found a new local for pizza, but I won't be going back to these folks again, I'm afraid. Huge disappointment. In London, I get two 12" pizzas and two sides for this price, and it usually turns up hot. I realise it's the holidays and they must be busy, but if you can't deliver in a reasonable time, it might be best to stop taking orders so you don't leave people hungry for ages.
