Ordered here several times, even been into the shop, food is always amazing, staff are always polite and food always arrives. I have had onion rings missing ONCE out of 10/15 orders, always apologetic and always sends out immediately. Ignore previous reviews and definitely try this place out yourself!.
We’ve had food from La Villa a couple of times and it’s always been amazing. We visited on Saturday and got the La Villa Mixed Kebab and it was absolutely beautiful. The meat was succulent and fresh with authentic spices. All the meats and grilled vegetables are cooked infront of you so you know it’s fresh. The shop is very clean and well maintained. The gentleman who served us who I believe is the manager/ owner is brilliant, he is very hospitable and even gave us free drinks which was very kind! We will definitely be visiting again.
Ordered £50 worth for my birthday. Didn't arrive despite phone calls. Can't get a fefund. Will cancel transaction with visa, but how can a business function like this? Update.... Ordered for delivery at 6pm. Received an email 2 minutes to midnight saying it was ready for collection! Update 12.08.22 Ordered pizza for 5 at 6pm. Not arrived. Not answering phone. 8.40 now. Look guys you have a fabulous business - so popular. Good food too, but never arrives. You seriously need some new management. Contact me if you need help. Speechless
I ordered some food from here at the start of February and again tonight. The food itself is good but each time we have ordered from here, there is always something wrong or missing. Both of my February orders I specifically chose a 2.5L bottle of Coke (as me and my partner both don’t like Pepsi) and both times we have been given Pepsi (which is illegal as you are not allowed to advertise one thing and then give something different instead!!!) we have also had the wrong food sent to us or they have not added the extras we asked for etc. I would recommend la villa for the food itself is good but only order from here if you’re not bothered about having a messed up order.
My food arrived cold, I called the restaurant to explain this to be given a mouthful of abuse and to be told that I was the one in the wrong and that they would not change or refund my order, they also sent the wrong pop with the order and I explained my partner is type 1 diabetic and can't have sugared drinks to be told there is nothing they can do about this, said they was fed up of our complaint and put the phone down. I spent £22 and have now had no food as this was un edible I won't order from here ever again.
Excellent food! Especially the burgers, cookies, cheesy chips and delicious milkshakes (ferrero rocher) excellent customer service - every now and then we receive a little freebie (bottle of cola, cookies) which is always appreciated. Speedy delivery even on busy weekend evenings - drivers are always pleasant.
