Just when you lose all hope I'm customer service .... A quick trip to pizza hut and served by Jake was a breath of fresh air! Food always great but definitely tastes better when served with a smile and a genuine "thanks for ordering with us"
Ordered online from the Hednesford branch. Had some issues so called to speak to someone. Manager was lovely and we sorted things. Sadly, when the order came it was slightly wrong with extras being missed off or added to the pizzas. We understand they were short staffed so won't be holding it against them as normally they are brilliant.
Jake and Jean really are the dream team. Jake is so friendly, remembers my order, nothing is too much and Jean works up a storm to get it cut and boxed to perfection. Thanks guys!
Always amazing service! Jake will always go the extra mile to help when I call, the whole team are very welcoming and the delivery drivers are also very pleasant. Everyone always has a smile on their face :) It’s a shame you don’t get the same customer service in all retail/ takeaway stores, the world would be a better place! Never a bad pizza!
Whoever hires the staff here has an amazing talent, I've been quite a few times to collect pizzas and everybody I deal with is super friendly and good humoured. Added to that, the food is always spot on and delicious, even the gluten free. I've been to dozens of Huts over the years but this is by far the best.
Our food not very good taste wise, Not hot Wrong stuff sent. And the drink was horrible sugar free stuff We will Try dominos next I'm disappointed and hungry. Made a lovely cheese and onion sandwich

It could be better, AC a bit too high so we dine with the coat on. Food was alright tho
I order regularly from here. Staff are friendly and helpful, thank you Jake you are a credit to the company....soooo polite and helpful...Food is excellent and always arrives hot! Always delivered speedily. Plenty of choice and always something new on the menu to try. I do not order my pIzza from anywhere else. Top quality fresh food! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
