   The food was decent, my only gripe, was that the chicken strips could have been hotter. The chips were done fresh and they tasted good! I like the different to usual selection of drinks that they have. Good people, good food.

   Terrible service. Long wait, burned pizza, and staff who don’t care. Absolutely unacceptable. Received a burned pizza after waiting forever, and the staff couldn’t even admit who made it. Pathetic. Worst experience—burned food, zero responsibility, and staff messing around instead of working. Long wait, burned pizza, and unprofessional staff. Completely unacceptable.

   Came here last Saturday night at 11.15 ish. Had 3 chicken and chips. The chicken was nice enough. But not sure I'll come back. As Sunday I felt dodgy, today I've had diarreah on and off all day. I do suffer from a mild IBS and me and mom can't have certain chicken coatings. But normally not too bad with it. Today I've been really bad with it.

   ABSOLUTELY BANGING, I have been eating for 1 year here now and it’s the best uk fried chicken in uk. First of all there are amazing decorations which make customers enjoy and feel comfortable in, second they have so much foods and more than just fried chicken, (pizza burger doner) the price is very cheap, it feels like olden days and it’s affordable, this is very good place to eat at!

   I have eaten in and taken away from this shop a number of times now and have been all round impressed. The customer service is above and beyond with the politeness/smiles of the staff. There are always customers coming and going right up to closing time at 11pm. The seating area is spotless, there is a sink to wsh your hands too with liquid soap. The prices are great too. This shop is a gem on Brierley Hill High Street and I would highly recommend everyone buy from them.

   all these reviews are completely wrong this was one of the bast places i have ever been to chicken was cooked to perfection and chips were not stale or cold in fact everything was cooked fresh in front of my face WILL BE COMING BACK !

   Poor hygiene and the back of the shop was disgusting after seeing footage of rats, old food and rubbish strewn everywhere at the back of this shop. I wouldn't eat here if I was paid to and from what I've heard they have been closed down and rightly so absolutely no excuse for how this place was ran should he ashamed!

   I went here yesterday afternoon Tuesday (14 February) at around 12:15 PM it was my first time here. I had a plain cheeseburger, chips and a can of 7 up for £5.00 so good value, i will definitely be visiting again

   OMG - STALE CHIPS I wish I had read reviews before I went to this place. Went at lunchtime about 2pm just order chips. What a wrong move this was. They were lukewarm and stale as if they were from yesterday also they had a lot of bad bits of the potato like the black bits that are normally discarded and not cooked. I won’t be going there again.

   Went in here with a friend to get some eat in fish and chips as it was a cold Saturday lunchtime. It was a very unpleasant experience. The chips were cold and looked as if they had been cooked yesterday in old oil. The fish under the batter looked terrible and tasted of old oil. Both portions were handed back to the counter and the guy at the counter didn't have a sensible explanation to offer. Absolutely disgusting experience. Will never go here again
