   Tried to email company but the email on website does not exist so will post on here instead: Placed an order via your website on Saturday 15th Nov and was very unhappy with be quality of the food we received. The salad on all burgers was brown and wilted and literally had the smallest amount of lettuce ever, it was the size of a 50p coin and brown/ wilted, same with all the other salad, the burger buns was soaking wet and sweaty, definitely indicating they had been microwaved. The 1 piece of lettuce was just embarrassing really. I am a regular loyal customer often ordering 2 times per week, sometimes via uber eats, sometimes via website and sometimes I come into store and wait for my food. It’s always been good quality from here but tonight was a real let down for all my family, we spent £40 combined. unfortunately this has put me off ordering again. However I feel it necessary out of courtesy that the company receives this feedback to help improve the quality for the future.

   Thank you so much for my pizza and pepsi tonight! It was 15 inch garlic butter base with jalapeno, green chillies, mushrooms and pineapple. Honestly the best takeaway (delivered!) food I've ever had in the whole of the UK! Incredible to get such good food when it's such hot weather currently, god bless the staff who made it and the person on the phone. I couldn't recommend this place more! Thank you my friends I will always be a loyal customer. Best pizza in the black country by far! Don't sleep on this place if you haven't tried it!! I requested the driver calls me also since I was in the garden due to the heat as I may not hear the front door and sure enough he did! First class service all round Thank you

   They dont like facing the truth when they mess up and you correct them they just hang up. And its a bit funny how you have someone to answer the phone qith broken english and stuggles to understand it then moan when the order is wrong and people complain. Food is greasy and also tell the truth about the chicken meat and chicken strips where there from and what

   Honestly it was terrible, ordered from here last night, I had the mixed doner in pita, my doner was so burnt it was like charcoal, and my red kebab meat was so hard to chew it literally gave me tooth ache, this is probably the second time eating from here and now I don’t think I’ll be ordering again, only good thing about the place is that it’s open till late, my boyfriends had a bacon burger, didn’t fulfill his requests, the burger was burn and the bun was so soggy I think I could if re shaped it and stuck in back in the oven to make my own buns. Terrible terrible terrible, don’t know how they’ve got 4 stars, the driver was that lazy to get out and find my address that he just rang me and said he couldn’t find my home when I found him he was sat outside ny house in his car and hadn’t bothered to look where my house was
