1st time going to star grill, ordered 2x kebabs in store, 1x chicken and doner with chips 1x lamb and doner in a nan bread, had to wait over 30min inside for some reason rather than just be servered, other customer who came in after us had their food before us. once arrived home, both kebabs ended up as doner in a nan, Not what was ordered .
This has got to be the worst takeaway we have ever had. The kebab meat is horrid, looks like it's microwaved, I've had better frozen kebab meat from iceland. The pitta bread again, is very poor quality, the chips were greasy but bearable. The chicken and lamb was very standard, but the Kentucky fried chicken was a joke. It really was horrendous, probably the worst I've ever had, bland tasteless, soggy....in fact just like the stuff you get frozen from Aldi and that's probably a compliment. Honestly please don't waste your money. The prices are a little steep compared to others. This establishment is not a genuine Greek style grill it's run by the opposite so don't expect anything otherwise. Please please don't waste your hard earned cash.
