   We ordered a BBQ pizza, but it was a huge disappointment. The pizza had a thin, almost stale bread base, smothered in tasteless sauce with just 3-4 tiny pieces of chicken. The quality was so poor that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. To make matters worse, when we went to complain, the staff was extremely rude. They told us to throw it outside because they wouldn’t take it back. Terrible experience!

   I placed a order for delivery for them to send a delivery out as I ordered the pizza deal 2 with the pizza freezing the kebab hard on all edges and curled up, garlic bread soggy to point you may as well just have warmed it up and the chips that are basically not even cooked raw as anything to point the potato inside the chips are solid. For them to turn around and say well our customers like there chips like that? How can people eat there chips with the potato inside raw and solid still. Then tries to say it’s because they are rushed off there feet first time when I complained for another fresh portion to be cooked not raw for them to come worse second time to another story to be said to me about customers have there chips like that. First time of ordering as well and what a bad first time of trying the takeaway.

   Orded off them come on time but chips was like they just been dipped in fryer phoned up and all they could say was we give you some more chips when you order next I won't be ordering again I'll just starve instead defo not helpfull

   Dont EVER order from here!!!! Messed our order up, said would replace with in half hour, they didn't so called, when spoke with them said they'd offer half price deal! Sorry no where's the replacement? Didn't want to know. Useless!!! Terrible customer service don't give a s*** only giving 1 star as 0 stars isn't an option should be shut down!!!!

   Shocking customer service, became extremely rude on the phone when I told them they had forgot food, chips were soggy and found a hair in my food! I expect better when I spend nearly 50 pound for delivery

   Absolutely disgusting hair in the food, got the order all wrong rang up for them to sort it and sent the complete wrong stuff again. The man on the phone was so disrespectful when we rang . Wouldn't order from here again.name calling your customers is horrendous behavior.

   Placed an order of a Hot n Hot pizza, a peperoni pizza and a garlic bread. Order arrived in good time however upon on opening our pizza's our Hot n Hot had chicken on it instead of beef like the menu says. I called them to let them know as its not what I ordered and he asked me 'have you read the menu' implying it should have chicken not beef. So I told him I had their menu in front of me which says its beef. He then changed and asked me if I was allergic to chicken to which I replied no but I dont like chicken on pizza so now waiting for what I have ordered, but feel they gave me very poor service and like many other reviews on here he tried to blame me for their mistakes.

   Ordered 2 pizza from here - 1 was delicious, the other had a hair in it Ordered from just eat but rather than involving them I called the restaurant direct, was told they didn’t know how it’s have gotten in there and asked what we wanted them to do - said was happy with 1 but would like the one with hair refunding, we were asked how we could be sure it hadn’t come from us (I have very long hair, my hubby is grey) the hair was about 1.5 inches and very dark, we were asked how many pieces we’d eaten and told them only 2 of 12, both with hair and they were welcome to collect. We were told we could have another pizza delivered only but no refund - we were happy to have the pizza collected but didn’t want another one as my hubby is now well and truly put off eating - square pizza said we couldn’t have this so have instead reported to just eat Accidents happen but the handling of this was very poor
