Wow, what can I say about the service recived from Rajat the manager, pizza was excellent and service is excellent, keep up the good work , well done Rajat.
Top stellar service as always. Pizzas are always cooked to perfection; never had an order wrong once despite the many topping swaps I have done in previous orders. Delivery drivers are always lovely and respectful. Even when the Hoyland Store opens; I will be sticking with the Wath Store for their great quality!
Fantastic service by Joe. Beautiful pizza. Luscious, generous toppings. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend. 5 star service with a smile.
Absolutely top customer service, shout out to Nathan! Was greeted with a good energy and he was really helpful finding me the best meal deal, didnt try to oversell anything just wanted to find me the best for my money which makes me want ro return. Food was hot and delicious as ever. Thank you!
Ordered a large pizza & 4 sides tonight. When I collected, I took the food straight to the car and headed home. When I arrived home, i realised I was missing a portion of chicken kickers! I called the store and they answered immediately. I spoke to the manager at the time (Adam, i think his name was). He was very apologetic and polite! He said he would replace my entire order as this was not this first time this had happened to me! My partner went back and collected our whole order again with no issues. Lovely food & it was still piping hot when my partner arrived home. Fantastic service, dealt with our issue very efficiently! Will continue ordering as usual!
Food was good as always. As most people no you need a bank loan to eat at this place. Can't complain as service was excellent. Staff were polite. Didn't have to wait to be served. Food was quick. Will go back again but rather a treat as I say they are really expensive and that's all I could fault it for.
OK so first time of ordering, was quite late for us but was surprised to see the opening hours were till midnight. It seems as thoe its mainly operated as a collection point for customers who order via the app. Being close to 50 years the app wasn't something we had envisaged so when we entered it was a bit of mindgame trying to work out the most cost effective way of ordering. Eg buy one get one free, or 50% off order ,or different % over certain amount etc and if any of the offers were valid if you didn't use the App. Kindly enough after my frustration a member of staff came to help and simplified it by just asking what we wanted and then looking at which offer gave most saving etc. The overall bill still came in around £27!!! Wow expensive Certainly in terms of what we actually ordered. 2 medium pizza and one dessert. I ordered a vegetarian pizza but added ham yes weird but I like the veg supreme base. There was different crust available and thickness . I chose thin and crispy. My friend had thin and crispy BBQ chicken. The treat or desert was chocolate melts. The premises looked clean as were the staff. Service was quick enough. The food temperature was as it should be. This pizza was very tasty guess maybe justified the price a little as its definitely better than average takeaway or frozen pizza. The medium size on thin crust was perfect for me. The desert was wow. Really enjoyable. Still for the price rarther expensive. Overall I found it very good in terms of food. Service was helpful eventually. I do think that the company or staff need to consider that not everyone uses Apps or goes in with knowledge of the menu items especially if you order as a treat rarther than weekly! Would I order again absolutely but in relation to price maybe only as a treat. There was parking on site. This was pretty much a collection point. MIN seat inside more for collection rarther than purpose of eating inside.
Ordered online and it took more than 90 minutes for the food to arrive. Called the branch and was told it was on the way but it clearly wasn't, the guy answering the call was rude.
Pizzas are always nice from here quick delivery too and the staff are always happy to help
Delivered totally wrong food a couple months ago and been busy with work ect and they said they would replace my order the next I call up.... So I've finally got round to ordering my replacement meal as promised and been totally forgot about and REFUSED TO REPLACE WHAT WAS PROMISED i would strongly recommend not using this company / franchise and very disappointed is there service
