   Ordered from the website and it took well over two hours to be delivered, despite us living a 10 minutes walk away. Food came practically freezing cold. Ordered 2 doner wraps and 2 other meals that were all very underwhelming. The 2 doner wraps, one with salad and one without they both came with salad. The cheese sauce was like water and completely tasteless. Very disappointing and disgusting food. We are all starting with food poisoning signs so if you’d want food poisoning, go ahead and order from here. This place should be shut down.

   First time ordering from Mr Pizza in Ecclesfield, and it will definitely be the last. The food was incredibly disappointing — not only did it arrive missing the sauces (despite the order being repeated back to me), but the quality was poor across the board. The chicken was burnt and smelled off — thankfully I didn’t eat it, but it made me question the overall hygiene and freshness of the food. To make matters worse, the portion size was a joke. I ordered a large and received what looked like a small portion tossed into a large container. Totally unacceptable. When I called to raise these concerns, I expected some understanding or at least a reasonable conversation. Instead, the owner was dismissive and tried to shift the blame onto me — not the way to treat paying customers. If you value your money and your health, avoid this place. There are plenty of better options in the area that won’t leave you feeling ripped off and frustrated.

   I thought £7.50 was pretty expensive for chips, cheese and donner meat. But thought owell might be a decent amount of food. I paid for an expensive portion of chips and a small grating of cheese and hardly any donner. Never going again will stick with Ecclesfield grill.

   Lamb shish meat similar to bubblegum and had to bin most of it. Cheap pale donor wasn't any better and also got my order wrong.
