   This is the 3rd time my food hasn't arrived! I keep giving them a second chance because their food is nice. Every single time they dont answer their phones so you can't ask them what's happening. I can't believe they can get a way with not answering phones when you try 15 times in 20 min and still no answer. My partner went down after 2 hours the 2nd time and they didn't do anything to help at all. Didn't give a proper reason as to why it hadn't been delivered. They still even had the delivery charge on the order! Disgraceful. They have absolutely terrible customer service and they dont seem to care about their customers at all when they have made a mistake. Today is the absolute last straw with them and I wouldn't bother ordering from them if you want a fast reliable service. Maybe if you walk in and order right on the spot it would be fine but dont get any deliveries from here as the past few month its been absolutely awful. Such a shame as they were my go to place for 3 years. No more I will be going elsewhere.

   Agree with the last review. I've used this place for years, but tonight was the last time. The food tastes terrible. How can a pepperoni pizza taste like this! I won't be giving any more chances. Edit: Appreciate the reply, but it's been poor quality now for a long time

   Worst take away in Swallownest. Forgot to fetch pizza when we ordered a meal deal . Cheese sauce came pot that small you got a table spoon . Rang 3 times to complain got hung up on 3 times finally spoke to them the girl on the phone was so rude . Food all cold and disgusting avoid here if you want anything half decent to eat . Joke of a business only good thing is ordered through just eat and got full refund !!

   I've never ordered so early before. They open at 4:30 and I placed my order through JustEat at 4:50, I wasn't expecting anything much, maybe warmed up food from night before but was I wrong. It was fresh, tasty and great value for money. The delivery was super fast. The delivery driver was very friendly and personalised my delivery by greeting me with my name which was a nice personal touch. I've ordered from these before and definitely will be ordering again in the future

   very inexpensive, sometimes the pizzas taste good, other times they are over-cooked. Delivery always takes too long. The toppings are definitely the lowest quality these places can get at wholesale suppliers, very cheap meats etc. However, the main problem is the pizzas are ALWAYS too cold, they clearly don’t have the ovens set hot enough - you can collect the pizza and eat it straight in your car and it’s already going cold! I think they could be great but they should increase prices so they can get better quality toppings, set the timers on their ovens precisely so it’s consistent from visit to visit no matter the staff member and figure out why even straight out of the oven their pizzas are not hot enough.

   If possible this would be no stars! Waited over 2 hours for our food to be delivered, had to ring twice to see where the food was. We got told it was delivered to the wrong address so basically their driver is inadequate to use a sat nav (if they even sent the order for delivery at all). Finally our food was delivered but we got told they wouldn’t do anything for the wait and poor service we received... even after contacting Just Eat to sort the issue they refused to grant a refund or even discount on delivery. Very poor.
