   Order a pizza. Did not want certain things on the pizza. And it came with them on it. It's not hard to read things on people orders. Won't be going here again. The delivery driver also didn't have food in the heated bags. Avoid.

   I recently ordered delivery from Pizza Hut and had a great experience overall. They customised my pizza exactly how I like it. Delivery was on time, and the food arrived hot and fresh. The garlic bread and wings were also solid sides—flavorful and well-portioned. I also liked that they included napkins and sauces without needing to ask. The staff is really nice and polite. Loved their customer service. I'd definitely order again!

   Terrible management. I am a regular customer ordering most weeks and doing it through the app. Ordered today and got an order confirmation but no food. Phoned them and spoke with manager after two phone calls. They told me they had not received an order from me. I gave them the order number and also checked my bank which confirmed payment had been taken. They told me there was nothing that they could do and said that I would need to contact their head office. I advised that they just needed to send the food I had ordered to which they refused. I cannot believe that as a regular customer with no previous issues I was treated like this. BUYER BEWARE

   Shocking management. This Pizza Hut has delivered to us being less than 10 mins away for the last 2 years. But a change in delivery driver or the system meant they can no cannot deliver. Poor decisions and lost custom. Please review your systems and postcodes. Simple common sense!

   Rude customer service skills and unprofessional manager. I made a telephone order, asked the employee to repeat my order to ensure it was correct and was given a time to collect. I arrived at the shop at the agreed time, expecting to collect my order. I paid for my food and waited 5 minutes, a different employee comes to the counter and asks me to repeat my order. This employee then returns back to the kitchen and after 10 minutes the manager comes to counter and says your pizzas are here. There was no apology and no recognition of the 15 minutes that I had to wait around. The pizzas tasted nice, but I will definitely will not be eating from here again and feel that you need to bear this in mind if eating from there.

   I've ordered several times for delivery and most orders have been fine until recently. Lately, the drivers have started to get lost and there was no problem before. I had a rude delivery driver who i was trying to give directions to and he decided to chat on the phone rather than hurry up with giving my delivery. No surprise, the food was cold. Never ordering again and can some of the delivery drivers learn some manners and respect!
