“Went last night 4 of us, its in a wierd place in the middle of the park, but a hidden gem! Everything all 4 of us ate was beautiful and just so tasty! Service great too. Its a great family owned business that we should support especially when delivering excellent food and great service! Just a note to those not in the know you can take your own alcohol in as they dont serve it.”

From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcome ,the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious ,beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and with plenty of choice for everyone in the family. The atmosphere was relaxed yet special, making it the perfect place to enjoy time together. It’s rare to find somewhere that feels both stylish and family-friendly, but Escape manages it perfectly. “As a lover of burgers, I can confidently say the burgers at S&P are worthy of a five star review, these guys don't play games with their burgs. They stack em high and make em fresh and let me tell you, they are naughty. But I have to say, you'll go there for the burgies, but return for the fries. The absolute filthiest fries I've ever had, in all the best ways. And what most impresses me, what would make me review this joint six stars if I could, is the fries are V shaped, meaning all the toppings and dirty bits on those fries just stays on em, you get a perfect bite every time. Just go, seriously, you won't be disappointed.”

“When the waiter was making a show of wiping our plates before placing them, I noticed a speck of greenery left on the plate. I didn't say anything, because the waiter immediately apologised for it and took the plate away to give us a new one. That showed that he was actually paying attention rather than just going through the motions - a very good sign, which was backed up by the rest of the service. The waiters were a couple of older gentlemen with an air of grizzled competence and professionalism which inspires immediate confidence. The food itself was way above expectations too, and the prices are almost ridiculously low - it's almost cheaper to eat dinner here than it is to have a quick lunch in the likes of Starbucks or Costa. So so good, every dish that we have ordered has been beautifully made and just delicious. We get half a duck as well as other bits and it's so reasonably priced for the quantity of food, we are really impressed. It's now our go-to takeaway for when we have guests... the value for money to fill 4, 5 people is fantastic. Tonight had egg fried rice, chicken balls, two black bean sauce dishes and the duck and both us and our guests are now still lazing around post-meal feeling utterly satisfied. And the staff behind the counter when we pick up are extremely nice and pleasant, always courteous even when it's mad busy in there. We will be regular customers for the foreseeable.”

“We've walked past Napoli so many times but a couple of months ago our regular Horsforth Italian let us down, completely missing a reservation. Napoli fitted us all in, and the atmosphere, food, drinks and service were all terrific. Been back a few times since, always great, and discovered takeaway is also available. In our opinion, the best Italian food around, lovely fresh ingredients, great atmosphere and really friendly, helpful staff. Place deserves to be full, all the time.”

“Having come from Malaysia, this restaurant serves food that’s pretty accurate to how it’s done over there! We especially liked the mee kari and the ABC (very unique dessert!). I left extremely satisfied. One downside was that we had been waiting an hour for the food to come. However the staff were very well aware of this and would assure us that it would come. Another downside was that the portion of the char kuey teow was quite small, and it was similarly priced to the mee kari (pictured). I think with time the service will improve, and it would also be nice to serve a portion that suits the price paid. However, I will come back and I do look forward to it!”
