   Food came wrong after requirements put in notes even rang to double confirm they had read the notes, after an argument was sent this abomination absolutely dripping in grease and vile, all the grease in the pic fell out of just half a calzone with what can only be described as slop, wouldn’t feed this to the dog, chucked it out for the foxes n they won’t even eat it

   It’s a scammer guy he told me to send him the money as he don’t take card payments. Then he claimed he didn’t got it and then next 30 seconds he pulled out a card machine. So basically I paid almost £50 for a meal . He told me to call him on Monday I did and he said he still didn’t got it then I phoned him today and he’s not even answering to a phone

   Decent kebab. Came fresh and the pitta was nice. Delivery time decent. Chilli sauce a little weak and the garlic sauce is a sort of mint yoghurt with garlic, tasted fine but prefer the mayonnaise type.

   If I could give 0 I really would because I really don’t know what I just experienced. The guy on the end of the phone was swearing to my partner, hung up and then refused to answer the call again. I rang and they spoke to me but nothing was resolved - promised me a refund and then said I would have to go through just eat for it and when I commented on his use of language during customer service because I work for a company that uses a third party for tickets - he started talking over me and telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about, started swearing at me and hung up. Our food got left on our door step with no knock, no phone call, and no voice mail left which they were trying to claim was all done, we ended up with freezing cold food with 0 rectification to it. Not happy.

   This place just left the food on the door step, didn’t ring and and didn’t knock on the door, when I rang the ‘owner’ started swearing at me and claimed I was trying to be a ‘big man’ down the phone. Awful experience, was a customer here since 2013, will never go back, disgraceful avoid at all costs

   Our first time using this resturant for a takeaway delivery. Wowwww, im really impressed. The meals and starter were really fresh and piping hot when arrived, and the food is trully amazing. Highly recommend and will 100% be using again personally. Thanks again Regards Debs & Jamie

   Loyal customer for 3 years... when I say loyal... we order weekly at least once a week and its always minimum of £30 a time. Noticed last few times food hasn't been normal standard. Ordered again tonight ..... . Turkish kebab: firstly the driver was swinging the bag the kebab was in until he noticed my partner at the door and he soon held box upright! (As it comes in a pizza box).... I opened the kebab which was all over the place!!!!! It was freezing (had to microwave it)! Popcorn chicken and chips for my 13 year old: 4 small nuggets and a handful of chips... my growing lad now wants something else to eat! Donner meat and chips for 2 little ones..... enough kebab to feed a cat! Sparse is an understatement Hubby's £15 special kebab: not even been delivered!!!!!! Ordered : 1 Rubicon guava and 3 cokes Only received 1 guava! No cokes! Called the shop who accused us of lying and said we had received the special kebab !!!!! Disgusting customer service!!!! Asked to speak to one of the main men we know and typically he's away. Whoever u are allowing to run the shop when your away is ruining your reputation!!! ........ and current reviews speak volumes!! Currently cooking my children some food after spending £32 and hubby Is awaiting an order from elsewhere ! Disappointed is an understatement!!!!
