   Was going to order food for collection as i fancied a walk. I rang up asking for collection and was told “we dont offer a collection service”. I stated on that on the website there was an option saying collection. I see now they lied to me in hopes i would place a delivery instead for them to earn more money. Im disgraced that a takeaway iv been ordering from for years just point blank lied to me. What do you mean you dont do collection? Its a takeaway shop, if i walked in and ordered food they would serve me but if i ring up and order for collection then this in not possible?.. Money hungry takeaway shop that has lost a valuable customer. Do better.

   We ordered food tonight, we had some internet error which had occurred saying no transaction occurred, doing this we ended up paying twice and Chicago was saying it’s fine to the internet provider, they was fully aware of knowing it’s a mistake but yet they continue to claim, I’ll never never go back again, disappointed on there professionalism

   Second bad experience with this takeaway, let the first time go and thought I'd try them again.. wish I hadn't this time they didn't even deliver my food after taking my payment. Called them repeatedly but no response

   Very clean inside, nice friendly staff and the food is so much better than it was under previous management. Everything was hot and fresh and it’s very clear the new owners have completely changed everything. 10/10 guys thanks.

   I’m not a great fan of Donner Kebab for the reason that over the years the taste has changed so much. But for the last few weeks I’ve been eating from Chicago’s and I tried a kebab tonight. I have to say it was absolutely delicious. This place has just had a refurb and the food is great. Clean fresh taste in all I’ve purchased. Highly recommended. Staff are great and friendly.

   Waited an hour and 45 for food. Rang to see where it was….. said he would ring the driver.. never called me back. I called again… the driver had my food but done other deliveries first… my house is on the same ONE WAY street as the takeaway. So he’s drove past my house with my food to do other deliveries!!! After already waiting 1hr 45 mins!!! Tried to complain about this on the phone and he just kept saying bye and trying to hang up!! 2nd issue with deliveries from there (rude driver last time) WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN AND ADVISE TO AVOID!! Oh and my order is also wrong!
