   Absolutely the worst takeaway gaff I’ve ordered from.. Food was disgusting and cold and had bones in the chicken on the kebab .. Salad was rotten, what there was of it and chips hardly cooked.. place should be shut down FILTHY

   The food here was tasty in the past so we ordered again. I will never order again as it was barely edible. We ordered a meat pizza and chicken kebab - both were awful. The bread with the kebab was so hard and all the food was bland.

   I was a big fan of friends pizza house, but it’s gone significantly downhill. I ordered a donner wrap meal to which i found a stale tortilla wrap that was barely filled with anything. The meal also came with a handful of chips and a warm can of Dr. Pepper. Chicken strips were alright but didn’t really have much flavour. A total of £15 spent on food and delivery and it barely touched the sides. The price definitely does not reflect the quality of the food, extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be ordering from here again.

   Absolutely shocking ordered a kebab they added hot chilli to it, when I called they said I'd need to pick it up, if I wanted to pick up an order I would t have called a delivery. They then refused to deliver another, would never order from here ever again.

   Please do not, ever, ever! Order from this place! Missing items on order, chicken has no taste and dry, the wrap was hard. Food inedible. When I contacted them I got the phone put down on me twice! I feel like going round and throwing all the food back into the shop!!!

   Would never order from this place again. I ordered a cheese & tomato pizza with mushroom and was sent a tandoori chicken, peppers, tomato’s & red onion pizza instead. I could not eat the pizza as I am allergic to red onion and do not like tandoori chicken! When I phoned to inform them the wrong pizza had been sent the response I received from the staff was absolutely disgusting. They blamed the driver and then stated they do not do chicken even though they sell chicken kebabs & burgers. They then stated they’d send me a new pizza but would be charging me for it!!! When I said I wouldn’t pay they said what do you want me to do? Take it up with Uber eats. I have never experienced such disrespect in all my life. Disgraceful customer service.

   68 mins late. Ordered 18:41, due 19:12 didn't turn up until 20:20 [1hr 29mins ] time was increased 5 or 6 times, several drivers turned up to the restaurant and turned away (so clearly not the fault of Uber Eats or drivers). Getting in touch with store/cancelling order is impossible online, had to call and suddenly the order was ready. Nice food but a total, deal-breaking frustrating experience, wasted a good part of the evening checking delays and chasing order, time is priceless and wasting it is unacceptable, for this reason we will not be returning to ordering online, sorry. Suggestions; [1] Don't take more orders than you can fulfil in reasonable time. [2] Give honest estimates so we have the choice to wait and better use the time or choose to order elsewhere. Or people will just feel strung along and resentful.

   Best kebabs in Liverpool , fresh huge chicken kebabs made with fresh handmade special nan In a clay oven , with a wide variety of sauces , the masala on The chicken is just right and the salad is huge and fresh including a fab mint and shredded cabbage .

   The first ¼ of my kebab was really good, although the chicken was a bit minty, which I personally am not that keen on…first bits of lamb were amazing but others were a bit chewy. The naan looked amazing but lacked moisture, instead pulling apart like a nice soft one it ripped more…but what wrecked it for me totally was the chilli sauce!! The sauce was far far too hot and that was even after asking for extra mayo, which was quite runny and not that good either…so for £8 I don’t think I would buy one again. If I was going to give my view…better quality sauces and more moisture in the naan would definitely bring the rating up. 07.09.18 Wish it was a joke....but it's 100% truth...if you can't face a truthful review don't reply negatively!! Hope they get better soon.
