   Been ordering food here for years and usually ok. Ordered today and my daughter ate a chicken kebab only to find animal feathers at bottom of tray! Logged a complaint to be told " oh its ok, she's ate it now we can replace it". Safe to say we didn't want a replacement nor a refund, an apology would have even helped. Disgusting. Edit: following latest response from the shop. We can assure you, this feather was in the tray and not possible to have got there after we received delivery.

   I've been ordering from Soprano's since they first opened in 2009. Every couple of years I delete my review and post a new one to reflect how they're still smashing it. If you want a hot, non-greasy pizza that's delivered on time then this is the place for you. I also recommend their doner wraps and they've never gotten any of my orders wrong.

   Ordered a Donna calzone arrived fine but had no Donna in it.phoned up they replied the Donna is the same size has the spice beef I had added opened all slices never found 1 slice of Donna no refund no replacement what is a shame its normally nice here but just lost 2 customer's

   Pizza and garlic bread is just the best. Love the Burgers too. My kids love the chicken boxes with chips and cheese. Lovely staff , very friendly. If we use the delivery service food is always hot. Highly recommend x

   Undercooked chicken, I'm not a competitor as per the delusional owners response. That is their pita bread which is the only edible thing they do apparently. Nice try hun. Cook your food properly.

   Burger came soaked in grease both buns was soggy and was even grease dripping threw the bag. And refused a refund when I rang back will never be ordering from here again wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Customer service is shocking aswel I’ve had a few problems with my food in the past with them and they always refuse to swap the food or refuse to give you a refund.

   Av ordered the same meal all the time, but when the pizza came it wasn't the pizza I ordered, phoned up n the women was tryin 2 say I did order that topping, which I know I didn't as I know the kids won't eat it, which they didn't, plus the pizza was cold n slightly burnt

   Pizza and garlic bread ordered via website to be delivered for 7pm. Pizza arrived around 5pm while I was still at work. Teenage son has a taken a slice of both and messaged to tell us food has arrived. Called asking why the pizza was not delivered at 7pm as requested and told that they don’t look at the time requests because the “system has not worked since day dot”. When asked for a replacement at 7pm, as I had previously ordered, not knowing the system does not work, I was refused. This was due to the food being touched. Have been a loyal customer for many years and am shocked that due to their system error, I am so how being penalised. Shocking service and will never order again. As a warning, never request anything in the chef notes or request a time, as staff state, they don’t check it, because it doesn’t work.
